couch in room has no back - you can sit on the seats but don't lean back, you'll go into a hole, I'm wondering if the bed has any holes in it - been here 15 min and already I know i will not be back, very cold in our room. i may say something to the front desk. doughs if they would do anything - would love for one of the managers to sit on the couch and lean back.

As always I'm impressed by this oasis on the prairies. So close to home we have a top notch spa to visit. The beds are like sleeping on a cloud, the rooms so gorgeous and I highly recommend the spa tub room!

Response from David Wood, General Manager at Temple Gardens Hotel & Spa
Responded Sep. 3, 2020
Thank you for taking a moment to share. Those mineral spa rooms are easily our most popular room type since reopening, even though guests still go up to enjoy the main mineral pool. It is good to hear that you enjoyed the experience. We have enjoyed hearing from our guests about the new mattresses. When they arrived the weight of them was incredible but they do clearly offer a superior sleep experience.

Absolutely love the location, love the pool . Only thing I wish was that they had a better gym . And i guess my only issue this time was that when I got to our room , There was no shower curtain up or spare sheets for pull out couch . Also the fruit trays at the morning side cafe were not very fresh .

Nice hotel situated in good location. Rooms & mineral spa could use some minor repairs. Our room had a nice view of a downtown park & close to overhead walkway to mineral spa. Room 454. Hotel is close to Moose Jaw tunnels & many restaurants & small expensive shops. Everyone going to spa had nice white robes. Ours were absent. Called front desk & were told they were in laundry & would be sent up to room. They never arrived. No information anywhere about hotel spa services available or where anything was located in hotel. Still a nice stay.

The staff were super friendly. The place was clean. The rooms and the pool area are getting dated and in need of a makeover soon. We enjoyed the location of the spa as we were able to park and then walk downtown to the shops and restaurants. There is a beautiful park right next door to the Spa!

We had an amazing time, walking distance to all kinds of unique stores, the Tunnels and lots of restaurants. Restaurant right in Temple Gardens is an excellent place to eat. Banks are close, Tim Hortons is less than a km away. It was all around amazing. Thank you

We enjoyed a girls weekend away. The facilities are in need of an upgrade but the staff was wonderful and the room was clean. We will come back. The location downtown is perfect to do some shopping. Lots of restaurant options nearby as well.
