Our stay at the spa was very enjoyable. From the check in to the stay to the check out. People where very friendly and helpful. Our room was bright and clean. The jacuzzi tub was large and very much so relaxing!!!

Thank you for sharing your comments. The mineral spa Jacuzzi rooms are indeed our most popular room type. As far as we know the mineral water serving the room tub is unique in North America. I am glad that you enjoyed your stay.

See guest survey. Pool water was cooler than normal for at least three days during our stay this time. Lifeguards did not appear to react to cooler temperature readings until complaints started and even then theyseemed uncertain as what to do like call a supervisor or/and maintenance. There appears to be a lack of communication between lifeguards, supervisors and maintenance....

Thank you for letting us know of the issue that you found during your stay. I am not sure what could have been the cause of the lower water temperature as it is heated by geothermal energy. We will do some research as to what could be the cause of a temperature variation and if it is likely to happen...

We had heard of spas in Saskatchewan, and had never had the opportunity to try any, so on a return from a business trip we decided to try out Temple Gardens and booked a room with the mineral Jacuzzi. The room was excellent as was the mineral pool. I would recommend this retreat to anyone.

Thank you for sharing your comments. It is not often that we get to hear from first time guests (most are returning) so it is great to read your views. It is great to know that you enjoyed a getaway with us after your business trip. I hope we will see you again.

Our first room wasn't every pleasant, very small and low grade. Our second room was large and beautiful with a balcony and view of the park. The pool is wonderful and clean with a wonderful roof top setting. Worth staying at!

Thank you for sharing your review. I am glad that we were able to upgrade your room to something more in line with your needs. The unique mineral pool is certainly a highlight of a stay at Temple Gardens; the outdoor section is especially popular now that the weather is getting a little cooler.

Our room was stellar, mom had a wheelchair and a walker... we were given a larger room to accommodate these. The food was excellent at Harwood, dining and lounge, we also went to the Morningside Cafe for a pastry and coffee. The pool was relaxing, and mom was able to walk with the wheelchair in the pool, as her mobility...

Thank you for relating the details of your stay. I am glad that we were able to accommodate your mother's special needs. The ramp in the pool was actually put in place for the benefit of disabled guests, it is interesting that 90% of walking patrons choose that way to enter the pool. The feedback from the Harwoods Dining room...

This was our third stay and probably the best. This time we were in the part of the hotel that was over the casino. It appears newer than the main part of the hotel. There was a walkway to the pool on our floor. We arrived late but did get a lovely soak both in the evening and then again...

Thank you for taking a moment to let us know how we did. It is great to know that you enjoyed your stay. For the benefit of other travellers I should add that breakfast is not included with every room. This would have been a part of a package or enhancement.

The staff here are second to none, always willing to help. They are always friendly and smiling. The rooms are always clean and the pool is great. Even when the electronic door lock malfunctioned, maintenance was there quickly to help and when they couldn't fix the lock right away, a new room was provided quickly.

Thank you for taking a moment to share your review. I am sure our team are as encouraged as I by your words. It is great to know that the response to a technical failure was well executed.

Enjoy the facilities very much. I have been staying here since approx. 2002. Have never had a bad experience. I appreciate that upgrades are being done to the facilities. [in room safe would be nice] I've brought tours through on two different occasions and both times the response from them about why I chose Temple Gardens was positive.

Thank you for sharing your comments. It is most encouraging to see that the upgrades that we are doing are striking the right note with our regular guests. An in-room safe is actually a part of our template for the new guest rooms. We are all looking forward to that project in January.

Sadly the most outdated, run down hotel I've stayed at. The staff was amazing but the room was depressing. Peeling paint, water damage, pictures missing from the walls. Not at all what I expected for a luxury jacuzzi suite.
