Never before have I stayed in a hotel where I was treated like trash. From the Cranky General Manager to the lackluster staff this entire stay was an absolute terror. The rooms are out of date with non working amenities it is apparent to me that there is no maintenance departmwnt. I would recommend stayi g anywhere else but here, I will be contacting Choice Hotels about the abysmal state of this property.
We went to do some last minute Christmas shopping, it was late when we got to P.A. and had been to a couple hotels with no luck on any rooms...until we stopped here. The young man that checked us in was friendly, and also happened to be from our home town, the rooms were clean, it was quiet and the breakfast was delicious!! We absolutely loved our stay and decided before we left if we ever have to stay in P.A. again, we will be staying here.
I have stayed here before and it was average, but this time it has been awful: dogs were off leash who came after my dog who was on leash, incredibly noisy rude neighbours who kept me up for hours, front desk who would not answer the phone, or manage the situation. I do not recommend this hotel.
Clean room very helpful staff great breakfast. At check in staff very accommodating to meet the needs of four families gathering for a family event. They were able to juggle room so that they were able to be on the same floor.
Great hotel, clean and wonderful breakfast. BUT, I had forgot my electric toothbrush and called within two hours of checking out. I asked for them to label it for me and the attendant told me it would be in the lost and found. (As we were passing through the following Friday to pick up). When returning there was no toothbrush in lost and found. My mother in law was staying in a different room and they had labeled her jacket, but had forgotten to record in the lost and found log book. Luckily we were able to turn up her jacket.
