We reserved a room 3 days prior to arriving. Upon arrival my wife, 9 year old daughter and I were told that our room wasn’t a “guaranteed room”. What? Isn’t that what a reservation means? We were told that a block of rooms were given to a large group. Strongly do not recommend. I’ve never been treated with disrespect like that and I treat everybody with respect.

I have never had to wait in a line to check out of a hotel. Water slide was great, hot tub was cold, shower was scortching hot. Everything was generally good just a bit backwards. Needs more signs to find pool area

Richard, Sorry for the late response. I apologise for the wait at checkout. It is the unfortunate reality of the changes we've had to make to distancing, staffing, etc because of COVID-19. We are trying our best to simultaneously balance the new required measures and the speed at which we can serve you but right now we cannot have multiple staff within close proximity behind the desk. I've enjoyed my stay(s) so far here at Prince Albert Inn with my family so I'd recommend this hotel to my family and friends. The water slide is awesome for the kids and rooms look very modern with the big screen TVs and ACs are top notch.
