Really was impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff, really it's these things my wife and I look for when staying in a Hotel, and we were very impressed.I would highly recommend staying there. Cheers to Manager as well for being so nice to us too! Marcel & Corinne
From the outside this looks like an average, older, ex-chain hotel, not probably what you’d pick if you were driving by, the interior is about the same average look, but the rooms were extremely clean. I had a 2 room king suite, I think they have a lot of 2 room suites from what I saw. This property must have very good management and housekeepers who care about the quality of their work. All the staff was very nice and helpful. The food in their little restaurant was excellent and not expensive and the service was great. I would absolutely stay again.
The stench of old carpets assaults you as soon as you walk in to the building. Our “suite” had 2 bathrooms. The one was completely unusable because the smell of rotten eggs (presumably from the sewer system) made us dry heave. There were indications of mould in the walls in the bedroom. The heaters are so loud you would never be able to sleep with them on. And you spent 10 mins figuring out the switch is behind the TV and you can only set L/M/H. Most of the crew choose to sleep on the tour bus rather than in their rooms and these are guys who set up stages for rock concerts and have been staying in hotels for decades. This hotel needs a full over haul and if anyone thinks it is acceptable they must have absolutely no sense of smell what so ever. If I could give it a 0 rating I would.…
Thank you, Mona and staff for helping to make our recent seminar the great experience it was. Your kindnesses, careful attention to our needs, and the provision of an excellent room, which proved perfect for our sessions, were all over the top!
The stay was good. Older hotel but it is clean and was quiet during my staff. Beds were relatively comfortable and the price was right. No real complaints. Restaurant and shopping all with in walking distance.
