I always stay here whenever I’m home to visit family and friends. I like the fact they’re family friendly and they have a pool and water slide for the kids. The rooms are always clean and they usually offer room upgrades upon request through their loyalty program so if you haven’t signed up yet? I encourage you to do so!
The hotel is run down, carpets are dirty and need replacing with stains of who knows what. The staff appeared annoyed when dealing with them. The pool’s chemicals are off and I’m sure if it was tested they would find all kids of interesting things.
Hotel courteous and hospitality, I am very upset with. We came all the way from Edmonton,Ab. To start it off I asked for a playpen for my 2 year old and the staff that delivered it was very rude to me even though I was very polite, then when I asked for blankets for the playpen after we had supper the front desk was almost annoyed at me for even asking for them. I need shampoo and conditioner but I don't dare ask! Then after I take my son to the pool at 9pm and come back to the room, kids are running up and down the hallway and yelling and I call the front and they send someone who doesn't do anything about it. Four teenagers are walking the hallway and smoking and no one said anything. And I still have kids running up and down the hallway. I would give more star if the problem would be fixed, it is late and my son is trying to sleep! Plus, pool is supposed to be closed at 10pm and it is still open at 1020pm, not fair to the other guests who were told its closed.…
Hotel was clean but shabby looking. Room was okay for cleanliness, pool was just okay, breakfast okay with slim choices. Mediocre overall. Price did not reflect this. Staff were nice, check in was quick. Elevator was EXTREMELY slow
Took my grandkids for a night of watersliding and a hotel visit. The room was okay, but needs an update badly....The beds were comfy, but I didn’t want to take my flip flops off because the carpet was old and worn, and it didn’t smell clean in the room. The bathroom tub tiles had disclored grout and rust. The pool area was pretty disgusting and there were 3 towels. The pool water was so murky that I wouldn’t go in, my grandkids did. The floor to the entrance had mud on it, and the water slides had just opened up, so they hadn’t been cleaned from the day before. The hot tub had a brown scum floating on the bubbles.... The breakfast was okay, no bacon or sausage... not a typical Days Inn. Next year I will drive to Saskatoon for water sliding with my grandkids..
