This place is infested with bed bugs. Stayed one night and woke up with a million bites all over my body. They have to have been around for a while because the bites were massive. NOT worth the price or the trouble. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

My Family and I arrived and settled in for the night at about midnight, we fell asleep after feeding our infant at about 1:00. At 4:00 my wife was up to feed our son again when she discovered a bed bug on her arm. She woke me up and I found 6 more and they had been feeding as well ON US!!! I went to the front desk and told the staff of the situation and he said "we have a lot of bugs in Saskatchewan" and then offer me some bug spray. I politely said "you want me to bring Raid back to my wife....that's not going to fly" After about 5 or 10 minutes of banter he called his manager who told him to give us our money back and we left immediately. WE NOW HAVE BED BUGS IN OUR HOME and wish we never stayed their. DON'T STAY IN THIS MOTEL......Seriously.

Rooms were dirty and the lock was not working properly.
I didn't feel safe because the area is one of the most dangerous in Regina and Regina is always in top 3 in crime calitals of Canada.

So I can not recommend this place for women, families or men.

We stayed for one night and it was a miserable experience. The room was dirty, moldy and the shower didn't work properly, the beds were old and lumpy, the FIRST room,. the cable didn't work. We had to wait 20 minutes for someone to show up to the front desk to check us in. Our children were sick that night (not the motel's fault) and we asked for an extra pillow and towel. Ok, fine, we got it the first time, but the second time (we really needed it) the desk clerk refused to let us have any more saying there wouldn't be enough for housekeeping in the morning. The air conditioner stopped working properly in the night and developed frost on it. When we were booking out to find another hotel in the morning, my husband was checking under the beds and found not only garbage, but a mousetrap. My mother in law, in another room was getting progressively more ill due to the mildew and mold in the room, and her curtains didn't close properly. She had back pain due to the lumpy and old beds that didn't offer proper support. When we stated this POLITELY to the manager, she did NOT apologise, but made excuses for everything. Not one apology or desire to make things better. The place also felt insecure and there were transients walking through the place all night (wasn't a nice area of town). The first room we had (we changed from it), was smelling AWFUL. It was supposed to be non smoking, but it wasn't, and they put an ozone machine in it, which didn't work all that well. There were a few broken hangers and the fridge was old and didn't work properly. The cable box was about 30 years old and the carpet was dirty, with mold and mildew on the walls and in the bathroom. The second room; the bathtub plug didn't work properly and the bath kept draining and the shower head was running even though NOT on, so my children got a shower as well as a bath (of sorts).

I've stayed in many motels in my life but I can honestly say this one was by far the worst I have ever stayed in, that I had to write this review I normally only write positive reviews but people need to know how bad this place was. So we arrive late showed online rooms are 79 the guy charges me 110 fine whatever I'm tired the room was dirty not cleaned very well and had no coffee maker. I then proceeded to check for bed bugs all good thank god only to find blood stains on the matress cover there was even stains on my pillow case the bed was actually comfortable I was quite suprised I go to sleep get up to have a shower and there was an opening in the ceiling tile overhead . I felt like I was being watched u never know! my sister felt the same way. In the bathroom there was not one , not 2 but 3 needle caps in the radiator... shower was dirty and went from freezing to scalding back and forth I literally almost burnt my leg I could not wait to get back on the road again

had to live there for a night.....at the price, it was just awesome.....cleanliness was better than other high class hotels and motels in regina.....close to downtown, good location.....tip is to take a room onthe other side so that u do not face the main road, and avoid the little noise of cars at night.....rooms are pretty sound proof though.....
needed some crockery to eat food, just asked the person at the front, and they gave it to me.....
and free wireless was also included in the price....not bad at all.....

We were desperate for a hotel in Regina since all were booked. We were coming in from Winnipeg and it was super late.
They said they only had a smoking room avail. It was all they had. We are non smokers but took it. We walked in and sat on the bed. Immediately I got an EXTREME breakout in hives! (Photo attached) and there were bedbugs in the bathroom! We weren’t even there 10 minutes and demanded a refund. They wouldn’t give it to us. And because they only take cash and debit we can’t charge back our card! I have stayed in some shoddy places but the health depot will be notified! The owner came into the room with us and argued that it was fine! And then told us off!
