Great location but it’s showing it’s wear and tear. Room was clean somewhat. Bed wasn’t the comfiest and the tub in the bathroom felt like it was going to cave in while standing and showering. The staff though we’re impeccable and so friendly. I give them a five star rating!!
Just disgusting bathrooms and overall guestroom cleaning. Vinegar, bleach, scrubbing bubbles would to the job there. There were crumbs in the bed and the bathroom was just disgusting. Impossible to relax in a shower without the fear of being bare foot or touching those walls
The room was absolutely filthy. Never had to have a hotel come change the bed sheets before. Found toe nails in the bedding. The pillow cases were stained black. The towels were stained black. There was stains on the walls as well as the headboards were absolutely filthy.
Everything front on line booking, check in and check out was made easy. Clean Rooms….well run lodging Days Inn have been one of our Wyndham property choices throughout our travels. Nice toi see consistency amongst these properties.
Hotel is very run down. Furniture is peeling, doors non functional, air conditioning units not working properly, sheets had holes in them, drywall over the pools is severely cracked and crumbling. There was no monitoring of the pool area at all, guests were openly bringing in and consuming alcohol in the pool/hot tub area.\ I have contacted the hotel directly and Wyndham about my concerns and have been given answers basically saying sorry we will do better next time. If you look at the reviews of this hotel lately they all same the same thing and nothing has improved. I would not recommend staying here you money is better spent elsewhere.
Front desk staff was amazing. Our room 235, was just ok, the beds were comfy room was somewhat clean, the headboards had hand prints, the fronts of the dresser area had handprints everywhere, our door had crayon and handprints, the corners of the tub had buildup in the corners, the wall below the light switch was dirty. The housekeeping staff needs to really do a deal clean and keep it up, if their is finger and handprints showing obviously the previous persons germs are still all over the room, sanitizing and cleaning a room nowadays is a must, so we all can stay healthy. The pool was the best part of our stay, one of the warmest pools we have even been too, but they do need to clean the tiles in the pool and hot tub, they are pretty dirty, grudgy and inside the pool along the entire first tile people have scratched their names in them that's how dirty it is, for being such a warm people sad to see it not being cleaned properly. If you want customers to come back, please make sure rooms are cleaned and sanitized and pool tiles are clean…
Had a pet friendly room and it was carpeted. Spilt water on floor and used a towel to mop up and the towel came away filthy. All the furniture in the room was worn and scratched, Bathroom sink and tub did not drain properly and the grout in the room was dirty. Overall the room was very worn. Would not recommend.
We stayed here the end of July into August for 9 nights. The room key issue that was written about in June has still not been resolved. We had to get new keys every day of our stay and sometimes twice a day. The hotel was in a great location for what we were in town for. Unfortunately it is in desperate need of some TLC. Toilet keeping running, ended up fixing myself, broken and cracked light and plug switches bathtub tap was loose and wouldn't turn all the way off, again had to fix myself. The breakfast issue from previous reviews appears to have been resolved with no problems there for us. I am a Wyndham Club Member and was not recognized as one on arrival. Very disappointed that the only response I received about the room key issue was, "that's the way our system works". A sorry or a discount would have gone a long way in my books, but nothing. We are booked here for Christmas, seriously thinking of changing hotels if this is how they treat their guests.…
Me and my husband stayed in April of 2022 for my surgery. The checkin was great. The lady’s working the desk was very friendly. We were having problems with the wifi and the lady’s help us get connected to the wifi. The room was very clean. Breakfast was amazing and we loved it. When ever we come to Regina we always stay here and will continue to stay here. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!
We stopped at this hotel as one stop on our trip from Toronto to Calgary. We were traveling with our young son and a senior dog. This is a pet-friendly and kid-friendly hotel with many families and other dogs staying there. The rooms were nice and we could park right outside of our room so we could keep an eye on our car. Staff was very friendly. Not the cleanest pool area but we had fun in the pool and breakfast being included was a bonus and a great way to start our day. Wouldn't recommend for a couple as it's quite noisy with lots of families.
