Very friendly hotel staff, nice room with a fridge and microwave, nice hot breakfast and very clean. We went to the restaurant attached for convenience, although the hours are limited (close at 8pm) the meal was amazing! Great for a low price!
Booked room with King bed, received a two room suite with King bed. Best breakfast of any Choice hotel in NA. Cant beat the waffles.... and breakfast is free. Moved to a more expensive hotel for a convention... wish I had stayed at the Quality Inn, Idlywyld Drive for entire week.
Great location with a Ricky’s restaurant onsite and McDonald’s, Tim Hortons and A&W all within a block. On a major road but noise is not an issue and close to all the major road arteries. This place is very clean and comfortable. The staff are amazing. This is the second stay here and would stay again.
Check in and check out were very quick and friendly, and the hotel and room were very clean. The bed was very hard and the pillows were really soft, but they still made for an ok sleep. My biggest issue was that the hotel was very loud - or at least the people close to me were. Quarter to eleven and night and you could hear people running through the hallway and conversation in the room next door. I wouldn't stay here again based on that alone.
Experience at check in was terrible. Asked the front desk that I want to talk to the manager. Never received a call from the manager in 4 nights we stayed with 3 rooms. May not be staying in this hotel any more me or my employees.
To start we had a horrible night at a different hotel. We originally had booked for 4 nights at the other one but left after 1 because it was grossly dirty. We called the quality and my husband spoke to Bee. She was wonderful and assured us they would take care of us. We checked in and walked in our room and it was amazing. Super clean and very big. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for rooms.
great service very comfortable bed easy to get in out of location to visit the city did not take in the breakfast, on vacation did not want to get up early to eat breakfast in the hotel and with covid restrictions more hassle for staff at hotel
I liked the bedding, i liked the grab and go breakfast, they could supply ashe trays outside for smokers to dispose of their cigarette butts instead of the ground. ( i keep my cigarette butts and dispose of) I liked seeing security guard walking around the building since the location has some sketchy people walking around asking to have a cigarette while I’m outside having a cigarette. I saud yes to one but not any others!! I appreciated seeing security
We've stayed here before, so all was as expected- clean room, welcoming staff, covid protocols were met..Always felt safe. The breakfast coupon was a nice touch. We'll be staying there again when we're in Saskatoon.
I have been staying in that hotel for some time. After the original "Best Western" Quality Inn took over . Service drop right away . They forgot meaning of "Customer is always right ". On few occasion my room was not clean , excuse was " Did you leave note on door for stuff not to clean your room ??? " Well if i did , i will know for sure . I run to few staff members who were dishonest and they would argue with customer to cover their mistakes . This is just few example but there is more . If you willing to stay there , you will experience "first hand" . Lots of "panhandlers" in area . There is no visit there to not run into them . Hotel staff and security don't do much about discourage them to leave guests alone .
