Although we appreciate the rooms are clean… The lobby has been updated but the rooms are dated and need an overhaul.
We were here for a cheer competition, they set aside a block of rooms however on arrival we have to sign a notice that our phones will be disconnected - when asked about the need to dial emergency services (should our phones not work/be dead) they weren’t sure about that and would get back to us (they did not).
Our room on arrival was 26°C and only the window open would cool it down. Nights were warm with the thermostat all the way down and the rooms do not have a/c. Keep in mind the temp outside was approx -10 to 0 all weekend, I cannot imagine a summer visit.
We arrived as a party of 3 to only 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and 1 facecloth. Towels at the pool were always missing & had to be asked for every time.
Dinner at the restaurant had slow service, is expensive, and the food is just ok. We were a party of 9 (incl 3 kids) but they tried to charge 17% gratuity which the menu states starts at minimum parties of 10 (bills were fixed but we shouldn’t have to point this out, you should know how many you’re serving). Food came out a dish or two at a time, drinks as well. I understand we aren’t a party of 2 or 4 but every 5-10 mins for a dish is not ok. The final person received their meal well after the first person did.
We expected housekeeping every other day (as many hotels have moved to), were not informed otherwise, and on day 3 after a full day away our room had not been touched. Upon asking at the desk they “will fill stuff up. But have no time to do the room.”. I can stay at an Airbnb for similar price if housekeeping isn’t visiting during my entire stay, this should also be informed upon arrival.
Overall I would likely look elsewhere and only stay here again if no other options available in a similar price range. Perhaps if they are unable to keep up with the number of visitors they should not agree to block a set of rooms for so many teams.

Hotel overall is nice and clean. Restaurant is nice with good food. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Pillows in room were crap. Rooms weren’t cleaned any days we were there(stayed for 3 and paid $200 a night) and for those in our group who asked they just put towels in a garbage bag on their door for them to refresh their own rooms instead. Hotel said no board rooms or anything were available to rent for our group but several were actually open and they didn’t have any interest in accommodations for our group. Probably wouldn’t choose this spot again.

From check in to departure, we loved our stay. Check in was handled professionally by a young man and being that I booked through Expedia, I received an automatic upgrade to a very large room on the second floor. I also received a free breakfast and late checkout.

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and Connie was superb as our breakfast waitress. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious and the dining area has a great atmosphere. We did not try the pool but it was lovely and if you have kids with you they would love it. The room was very clean and comfortable with a separate tv sitting area with fridge and microwave.

Being a Toronto Maple Leaf fan, it was great to discover a Wendel Clark restaurant a very short drive away 💙..(5 minutes)

Strong wifi and an excellent shower made everything perfect. Got those who like Starbucks, there was a small coffee shop in the lobby.

Great stay and will return again.

When I checked in I was told rooms were only cleaned every 3 days. When I was leaving to go out on day 3 I asked the cleaning staff to clean my room and was informed I wasn't on the list and had to speak to the desk which I did. I was out of my room for about 3 hours and came back to the room in the same condition. I again asked the same staff member and was told they were sending someone else when they were standing outside my room and could have easily done it. About 2 hours and 45 minutes later someone knocked and asked if I needed anything so I asked for towels thinking that was the extent of my room cleaning. About 45 minutes later when I was resting they finally came to clean. I understand the hotel was quite busy but it shouldn't take 6.5 hours to clean a room.

When we got to the room it was not very clean, there was an old bandage/gauze or a big wad of gum (not sure what it was, as I was not about to touch it) between the armoire stand and the dresser, there were splash stains on the side of the armoire, the carpet was not vacuumed very well as there was crumbs and bits on it. The bathroom mirror and faucet had toothpaste spray/stains on them. Neither the lamps, spot lights nor the plug in for the bedside table worked. The windows had what looked like dirty foot prints on them.

There was no daily housekeeping ie garbage taken out and new bag put in, nor fresh towels, soap, shampoo/cream rinse or lotion, no daily stock up of coffee/tea nor cups. I had to ask every day for fresh towels, shampoo/cream rinse, garbage bags, coffee/tea, cups.

I raised a concern with the front desk about the blow dryer as I was checking out. I went to use it the night before I checked out and upon turning it on it made a horrible noise and sparks flew out of it, I shut it off and unplugged it. The fellow at the desk said that he would tell his manager and they would call me but he wasn't even writing down anything I said so I had my doubts he would say anything let alone get a call about it. I also deduced that there would be no point in talking to him about any of the other above concerns as he was not even writing down anything I was saying.

Stayed here with six family members on our way back to the states. I got a great deal on the rooms through PriceLine. The rooms are very comfortable although the outlet plugs and USB ports are pretty tired and some didn’t work.
One room was missing the shower curtain, but when we called, they promptly came up and put one on.
Two of us ate at the restaurant, and had a very good experience. We came pretty early and were pretty much the only couple there. The phone was very good and the service was also good. And enjoyable experience.

Overall good experience. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room.
We could have used a crib for our 7 months old baby and asked during room reservation and again at check in but it seems it is on a first come first serve basis and we ended up not getting one.
We also did not get a fresh set of towels, so had to use same towels during 3 day-stay even though we requested for more on the 2nd day.
We loved how practical it was in terms of location, 5 minutes drive away from the airport. The airport shuttle is an added bonus.

Overall, it was adequate, the check in to me took too long, they knew we were coming late and should have had things more organized. One gal decided to take a cell call over serving in person customers. Our room had a broken usb for the cell phone. There was only one usb in the room. It also had a broken toilet paper holder. The carpet in the room needs replacing, looks dirty and possibly just too old. The carpet throughout the hotel could use replacing. The restaurant staff were great and the food was excellent. Also, no complimentary water. A bottle of water goes a long way, typically I’ll drink tap water, but it smelled to chorine to me. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, some over 200 years old that were more updated and nicer.

Booked a suite here mid Feb for 4 days and requested a playpen/crib, they told us no problem we will put your request in and have one when you arrive. About a week later when we checked in they tell us none are available but when one is available we will get the first one. We have been here three days now and still none avail, the hotel is not busy at all and we have seen no other children or families of age that would require a crib.

We had to call maintenance as our exterior door did not have a seal in it letting in outside air (-25'c) and our room was struggling to stay at 15'c. Some foam tape was put around the door but the door had to be opened and brought the temp way down for a long time (we could see our breath inside the room for about 20-30min. They gave us a space heater which warmed the room, but with a 3 & 1 yr old not the safest.

The food in the hotel I will say is good. We ordered room service for breakfast and lunch almost every day. The pizzas are really good! The kids liked the donuts at breakfast and the dino nuggets for supper
. My wife said the omlettes were quite good, and the stuffed chicken is amazing.

The pool is ok but next to all the plants kids will grab handfuls of dirt and throw it into the water leaving a mess. Also it seems they rent swimming to people who are not guests of the hotel which made the pool crowded at times as people were doing swimming lessons in it.

Rooms are dated. The atrium is nice but showing age despite them trying to update with led lights and mirrors.

Everyday we call the front desk asking if a crib is avail yet, the front desk seems increasingly annoyed at our request which is unpleasant. If we knew we would not be getting a crib for our stay we would have changed to a hotel that could accomodate.

I cannot reccomend this hotel as nothing was done or offered to help smooth over any of the issues we faced during our stay

I website said nothing about this hotel being under construction. I was checked in on a floor that was completely torn apart and I had to walk past equipment, ripped up walls, missing rugs, and dust. One of my relatives that stayed in my room had a 1 month old new baby and I thought the conditions of the hotel were a palling for a newborn to be in. However I was there for a funeral and I had no time to find another accommodation.

The room service was a debacle. They brought the wrong tray of food but because the baby was sleeping in the room and I couldn’t have someone constantly knocking on the door. So when I told him not to knock on the door anymore to sort out the room service food they decided to start calling the room instead. I told him I wasn’t going to send back the food that they brought that I was going to eat what was on the tray and they could charge me for the food that was on the tray. It became tiresome to deal with the mistakes that were being made. Not all travel is happy travel. The rooms furnishings were tired, the wall coverings tired and dirty. Stepping outside the door was horrifying; that was both doors front and back of the room.
