I've stayed at the Senator a few times now, and this stay reminded me why I love this place so much. The location is great, the decor is fantastic, and the price can't be beat in downtown Saskatoon. If you look hard enough, you will find some flaws, which is to be expected in a building that is quite old.

We booked this hotel for an evening while we enjoyed some of the excellent pub downtown. The room was nice and the decor was great. They take a 300 pre-auth up front which is a bit of a pain. We had the free wine in the front which was greay and had some eats from the pub. You have to...

This hotel is a great value if you are looking to be in the heart of downtown! Winstons along with many other pubs are within walking distance! The biggest problem with this hotel, IMO, is the parking! There is limited parking behind the hotel (15 spots) which is full all the time. Then you have to park on the street....

It was couple of months ago when we had a business meeting in Saskatoon and instead of driving 5 hours to attend the said meeting me and my colleague decide to drive earlier and stay in a nearby hotel (which we choose this hotel senator) so we can relax and be ready for the said meeting but to my surprise...

My partner and I stayed here recently whilst we visited some of my family. The hotel has a perfect location in the centre of downtown Saskatoon - only minutes from the Midtown Plaza and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby (I personally recommend Hudson's). The room was fairly small and did not have a microwave or fridge. The bed...

My family and I recently stayed at the Senator Hotel. The stay was for a memorial service for my mother. The staff at the Senator are amazing, they went out of their way to ensure that my family and I had everything we needed during a difficult time. The staff went above and beyond with their customer service!! The hotel...

Whether you're shopping or in for business, everything is so close! The hotel is lovely and the staff is exceptional! Winston's Pub is attached to the hotel and serves excellent pub fare. The parking is free, unlike many downtown hotels.

Beautiful old building right in the heart of downtown. Reasonably priced. Beds are so comfy, and the rooms are spacious. Parking in the back lot is a nightmare, but if you're on foot, it's a perfect place for a downtown stay.

Although there are some aspects of the rooms that are dated and worn, this seems to add to the charm of staying in a hotel that feels like it has transported you to a time in the past. The location is excellent and the retro decor provides an unparalleled experience.
