The location of the hotel is the nearest we can find to Saskatoon City Hospital & the rate is affordable. It was just a little warm on the hallway towards the rooms. The AC unit probably needs some cleaning. The checked-in was smooth & the receptionist was very friendly & accommodating. The checked out went smoothly too. My boyfriend likes the gym facility during the stay while I was in the hospital. Highly recommend it!

Hotel was great, staff great. Restaurants inside the hotel was convenient. The room was very nice. Only downside was the pool and hot tub not working. Can walk to downtown just over a KM. They have inside golf which is pretty cool.

I had to stay in the city to stay close to my baby who was in NICU and the Ramada was where we stayed. The service was excellent and the food was delicious. Pool was under maintenance half the time but when it was open. We had lots of fun...

Frontdesk male staff irtasa is extremely rude and unhelpful. Had an argument with him and was already out of the line. The native female frontdesk witnessed how rude he was to us. She even told him to just go inside and she handled the situation fairly. Thanks to her. I was not able to get her name because I was fuming mad. He is racist and humiliate us. Good i was able to ask his name to one of the male frontdesk and by the look in his face he agrees with me that irtasa has an attitude. No sense of urgency and got his ego in his head. On the other hand, Food is good, room is old but clean and other employees at frontdesk and restaurant are very helpful. Ive to many wyndham properties and never encountered discrimination.

Check-in with my family. The stay was great and room with the view is fantastic. Except for our bad experience at the frontdesk. The indian guy with a beard who check us in is not professional and has no characteristic as a frontliner. He is very slow and rude. The asian lady with him already check-in 4 including my friend in the other room but I arrived first. When I told him to hurry he just stares at me and told me to wait. I also work as a frontliner and I will never tell a customer to wait or at least use appropriate word. The lady with her and the other gentleman who came around to answer the phone are very pleasant. Everything are exceptional. Staff in the restaurant and lounge are very friendly. Housekeeping indeed did a good job for having my room cleaned. I would have rated 5 star but the first impression was my last.…

It was an amazing experience. The staff are professional and friendly welcoming with a smile always especially the frontdesk ladies Rachelle and Agela. We will not stay here again. Terrible area did not feel safe. The rooms are outdated dingy and unclean. The TB was broken.The food in the restaurant was inedible, did not taste right, like old grease.

The room was old and dated. The shampoo and body lotion was used by a previous guest. The folding plastic table with a security sign printed didn't make me feel safe as I walked in and honestly should've turned around. The Carpet was ripped and the shelf where the towels were was peeling paint and disgusting. I couldn't use the AC as it was way to noisy.

The hotel itself it nasty and sketchy as f. They have to keep the main doors locked with out getting into hotel with a room key. Ppl standing around outside all hours of the night I didn’t feel safe one but going to my car. The restaurant by lobby is by far the worst service I’ve ever got. Service is slow when there is only two tables of 4 ppl. The beds are nasty the ac doesn’t work. DO NOT RECOMMEND
