Reviews Summary
This summary was created by AI, based on recent reviews.
Powered by AI
The Travelodge Hotel by Wyndham Saskatoon has received mixed feedback, with numerous travelers voicing concerns over the value, citing instances of overcharging and disappointing experiences that didn't justify the expenses. While the hotel's atmosphere has its highlights, including a friendly welcome and themed rooms, issues such as loud music and neglected maintenance have been noted. Rooms are often described as in need of a thorough refresh and better upkeep due to cleanliness issues and dated decor. Service quality at the hotel varies, with reports of both commendable assistance and lackluster staff responsiveness. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is inconsistent; some areas like the water park are well-maintained, whereas others demand more attention. The amenities, especially the water park, are popular with families, but guests have encountered problems with upkeep and inconsistent water temperatures.

Best customer service ever, from check-in and out to breakfast, good variety and hot and delicious. Room was very comfortable and spacious, we had two queen beds for myself, my daughter and 2 grandchildren, we never once got in each other’s way. Will definitely stay again in the future

Our room appeared to have been vandalized and had writing on the walls. Appears staff tried to wash it off without luck. Very worn down room. Decent beds. Pool water is freezing. One waterslide was not working during our stay without notification. Over crowded pools. You cannot move without bumping into someone. Waiting in a long line for water slide and it makes you so cold! One lifeguard was not friendly to us.

I chose the travel Lodge because it's in the right location in the city. Staff where friendly and professional. My business was at the Ramada. I get anxiety and it helps to stay on the main floor. The front desk staff where very professional...

We found a bed bug when we were leaving, got some of our stay covered but still really gross. The hotel and the rooms are outdated but the water park was pretty good and it was clean. Kids had a tonne of fun on the water slide.

Blood on the sheets, hair in the tub, inside of toilet was filthy. The staff and location were decent. We atill should have spent the extra 30 bucks on a nicer hotel. 200 character minimum to post so you can ignore this.

Grandkids & their parents enjoyed the pool & we all enjoyed the meal that was ordered from the hotel restaurant ! It was hot/fast & very reasonably priced. It was a lovely time to Share family time & not be concerned with hosting in our own home.

We booked online before our hockey team had booked a block of rooms for a tournament in Saskatoon so we just kept our booking thinking it was easier. We are no where near the rest of our team in this absolute maze of hotel, which isn't a huge deal. But there is a Christmas party below our room on January 20th. My 9 year old has to play hockey in Aberdeen at 9 am and we can't sleep because the music below us is so loud we can sing along with it. We are on the 3rd floor and our beds are vibrating from the bass. At this point we would have gotten more sleep driving all the way home and back again for the game. The pool was absolutely PACKED. We overheard a large group of people say they were from Saskatoon and had booked to swim with the hotel. So it was packed with more than just hotel guests. It's very clear their only goal here is to bring in as much cash as possible and the guest experience is irrelevant. 0/10 do not recommend.

Check in went smoothly. I wish they had better coffee as well as the decaf option in the rooms, a liquid coffee creamer would be greatly appreciated. Was not given a Wi-Fi password. The thermostat in our room didn't seem to work. When checking out it took 10 minutes to get a receipt because the printers weren't working. The bed was nice.
