We had so much fun, they told us to book on weekdays coz it is not busy and we would be able to enjoy the waterslide and so we did, and agents are really helpful. Ronaldo was fantastic, He is friendly and professional. Always welcoming you with a smile! The restaurant staffs especially Diane was wonderful! Looking forward to staying again.

Best customer service ever, from check-in and out to breakfast, good variety and hot and delicious. Room was very comfortable and spacious, we had two queen beds for myself, my daughter and 2 grandchildren, we never once got in each other’s way. Will definitely stay again in the future

We spent 2 nights here in November for our kids birthdays and they had a blast. We found it very convenient having everything onsite and easily available. The restaurant had take out options which made dinner super easy, the pools and water slides are open quite often and only closed for a short cleaning periods throughout the day/evening. The kids had a blast and wore themselves out having fun. I especially appreciated seeing the pool staff checking the water, cleaning consistently, keeping towel supplies clean and available. The check in and check out process was quick and easy. We will definitely be back again.

Do not stay here, not up to date rooms , checking in was horrible when they tell you your wrong and they are right , only to find out they held ur credit card for more when you have already paid, staff and whoever manager were not good at all! Go somewhere else for the extra couple dollars

Horrible Stay! The room was not clean and no towels as well. The front desk smells really bad! I woman and the guy both smells really bad. I wonder if they even take a shower. When they speak, bad breath coming out!

This was a horrible stay. No towels in the bathroom upon arrival, tried to phone down to front desk, but the phone did not work. Our key cards would only work one time each…then they became non working and we required new key cards every time. We booked a non smoking room and our room smelled strongly of smoke. Again, once I walked down to the front desk I was told that they had no other rooms to switch me to, despite having an allergy to smoke. The hotel was not clean, the rooms are overpriced and the service was horrible.

We were in a tower room, very dated, dirty floors, dirty curtains, black hairs all over the bathroom. The breakfast served to the team was good, the pool area seemed clean and decent. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again. Multiple people had their windows smashed out in the parking lot. One had a vehicle full of groceries. When I went to the reception to report this they said they had no way of contacting owner of the vehicle. No care.

We picked the "forest themed room", First of all super disappointed with the theme there was one little plastic tree in the corner, Second when i went to plug in my charger to the wall the whole wall moved, the electrical started to flicker so i tried a different plug in and the same thing happened. Super dangerous and i wouldn't recommend staying here to anyone! I left the hotel and didn't even spend the night! Although the water slides were pretty awesome!

Very disappointed. Booked an overnight stay in one of the themed hockey rooms (both kids love hockey) - upon arrival, we discovered the room was quite small compared to a regular room. Room smelled of must and mould, and there appeared to be painted-over mould on the ceiling closest to the pool. Front desk was sympathetic at least and immediately refund offered a refund due to no other available rooms. We stayed at a neighbouring hotel instead.

My family and another family were going for a kids weekend. Well on arrival price was triple what was quoted. We did have adjoining rooms which was the only good thing. Hallways were extremely dirty, 1 room did not even need a key to get in, just walk in. Called but no one ever come to fix, so had to stay dead bolted at all times, bathroom toiled had black dirt rings and was not secured to floor ( rocky) did not even have silicon around base. Peek hole had blood stain finger print when looked through. The list goes on. Thankfully we had lots of shopping to do outside the hotel.
