Booked this hotel a week ago and when you’re about to check in, they made you wait and they’re still looking for a room for you. They told me it was assigned rooms already but they did not assigned anything for us. They keep searching so it took me a long time to wait for our rooms to be ready. Compared from other hotels we went in. The key card door doesn’t work and told us to call reception if we needed to go out and get in to your room. Checked room and it’s not inviting! Doors is dirty and floors are terrible. We cancelled the reservation in the end as we can’t handle the room ambiance

Terrible stay, drunks and drug addicts run this establishment at night when no staff are not present. Really wish I had known beforehand, I did not sleep a wink with all the loud music and banging up and down the property

Worst room I have ever experienced. We were handed a portable electric heater at check in as they didn’t know if the room heater was working properly. Room smelled like weed, the only chair was covered in stains, tub surround was falling off, bathroom door didn’t close, and the tv cuts in and out every few minutes.

I loved that I was given another room when I asked , I met some nice people while out for a smoke and I believe my room was very clean although my stay was during a cold spell , they gave me a space heater because the room was cold still. I enjoyed my stay and would stay again.

Disgusting in every facet of the word. Should have realized when the check in attendant did not have my reservation, and upon using the bathroom in the lobby, the toilet was covered in fecal matter. Checking into the room, I was greeted by a strong odour of old cigarettes. The bed was not made and the sheets were stained. The carpets were not vacuumed or cleaned. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling, one of the lights was ripped out. The sink pipes were removed and laying on the floor, with a wastebin under the sink to catch run off. Shower was dirty with no shampoo or soap provided. The phone had buttons and lights ripped out of it. Outside the room wood pallets were stacked up next to the stairwell. Ended up sleeping in my sleeping bag on the floor as it was late and -30 degrees. No answer from front desk after check in, no personnel there in the morning. Avoid at all costs, surprised I didn't catch some disease though I did my best to not touch anything I didn't bring with me.

Horrible place. Tried to check in at the prestated 3pm got told by hotel staff that the office is closed daily until 6pm so too bad for me. Then when I did come to check in there were three indigenous people in the parking lot next to my car and two of them were screaming at the other that they were going to stab him for shorting them on the the drugs he promised to bring. They fought beside my car til I came at them then the drug dealer ran away and the other two chased him across the parking lot. Decided not to check in at all and the hotel refused to refund my money for the booking. Absolute worst place. And the pics they put up must be 20 years old because it looks like a beat up crack hotel when you show up. 100% would never stay here.

Poor service, can't get you damage deposit back until 9:30AM, front desk not open in morning and nobody answers the phone. The price for the room is twice what it should be for the quality of the room. The room was a non smoking room and smelled like a ashtray, there were cigarette butts on the floor beside the nightstand.
