This is was a very comfy and welcoming stay, been to other hotels and they have not been like this. Definitely would come back the pool was the highlight of the stay, and the rooms were comfy and quiet no noise heard or woken up.

Amazing hotel with tons of shops and restaurants all walking distance, lots of parking and spacious rooms with comfortable beds, excellent breakfast included with flavorful selections in abundance that changes daily. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and quickly replaced anything we ran out of and most of of the awesome price can’t be beat!! Look forward to booking this location again soon

I had issues here before where they lost my reservation (or more correctly, had it on the wrong day forcing me to drive 22 hours straight because every hotel was booked). This time I checked in early, grabbed a bite, hoped to catch up on my sleep. Impossible. Either they placed a room full of rhinos above me, or just people who are completely inconsiderate or unaware and run back and forth like they never have been above someone in a hotel. After being woken up the third time by them, I called the front desk. I was pretty ticked off. The noise stopped for about 15 minutes. But then, I guess because I complained, the people above appear to make a point of stomping around for about 3 minutes, then going silent for another 25. This is not the place to stay if you expect the 'Best Western' experience. Now re-evaluating my choice of hotel chain that I have been loyal to. One out of every 3 times seems to be an issue. Will not stay here again. I should know better.…

I booked a king room and the room was large enough to be comfortable. The mattress needed replacing as it has lost the support on the one side and has you rolling out when you are trying to sleep. The room had a refrigerator, in room coffee with good coffee choices, tea kettle, and cups etc. The bathroom was a standard hotel bathroom, but really needs a fan, the moisture after a shower make everything wet including the door. Toaster & waffle maker not working in breakfast room.

Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast needs more variety. Quiet and service is good .They have a hot breakfast but need a bit more variety. Scrambled eggs every day gets a bit tiring and sausages are undercooked. Location is good if you are are the west end of the city, near many restaurants.

Not expecting them to have the latte machine but wow they have and it is pretty good/decent. The room were clean and in order. Frontdesk people were very helpful. Breakfast was really good aswell especially the egg with cheese. Parking is good unless you have actually big vehicle (box truck, delivery/moving truck).

I love this hotel. It’s very clean, there are convenient entrances from the parking lot, the pool has a water slide, and the continental breakfast is one of the best I’ve experienced. The potatoes were always fresh, and the waffles include tasty toppings.
