Everything was good. Staff was really helpful. I like the location; ease of access to Circle Dr., the airport, and the downtown via Idyllwild.
There was a good discount; junior suite for 65 CAD. Room was clean. Cleaning staff gave me more mint tea when I requested.
Was a group of people woke me at 3am and 5am smoking and laughing loudly in the parking lot. That's the only thing they could improve on. Where was security?
Wi-fi was also too slow to use.
I will stay here again despite these issues.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night while passing through moving across Canada. We had our dog, 2 cats and 2 kids with us. The room we originally booked was a Executive king suite with sofa bed pull-out. Unfortunately the room we were placed in, the sofa bed was broken. So the manager gave us a second room across the hall for our 2 kids which worked perfectly and didn’t even charge us for our pets. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable.
The Denny’s restaurant next door was fantastic! Highly recommend for a delicious breakfast.
I would stay here again.

We stopped here for a short night while travelling. It was easy for us to get to.
Quick check in and check out with the same gentleman who was friendly and helpful.
Room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Can’t say much about amenities as we really just had a short sleep and were on our way.

Park and fly offered in that I could leave my car and get a taxi shuttle paid by the hotel to the airport. King suite better suited for lots of luggage ! Night manager immediately changed rooms for me when first one had a smell. Attached Shark Club manager accommodated us for a late night drink just after last call , - nice guy ! Morning breakfast at attached Denny's was great.

I could not have had a more positive experience. The management and staff went out of their way to be welcoming, helpful and accommodating. The room was quiet and impeccably clean with an extremely comfortable bed. The taxi, paid for with a hotel voucher, was waiting for me for an early morning flight and the hotel's location provides fast, easy access to the airport. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for an affordable, enjoyable stay in Saskatoon.

We checked in February 21 sleep, park and fly. We scheduled a taxi to take us to the airport 6:50am on February 22, they provided a voucher for this. Room was nice and clean, not fancy but what we needed before our early flight. Visited the sharks club in the hotel for supper was good also. Woke early to prepare for our flight and somehow my pendant holding my precious rescue pups ashes and my gold earring went down the drain. I went to the lobby a bit upset, and spoke with Elsie, explained what had happened, as there was no stopper in the sink. I told her if she could let housekeeping know not to put water down, until maintenance came in and could retrieve my items, and that we would be back for another stay at the end of our trip in March 4th. Elsie was making notes as we spoke and assured me she would let both housekeeping and maintenance know. We checked out and were waiting in the lobby for our taxi. That’s when a man who I’ve learned is Derrick approached me holding my items that he had retrieved from the trap under the sink! Inside of 30 minutes, I’ll assume Elsie made the call and Derrick came I’m sure early to help! I gave him the biggest hug and can’t thank them both enough for going above and beyond! Our return flight was delayed , we were to arrive back around midnight but didn’t get back to the hotel till around 2:30am. I called to let them know and none other than Elsie answered and said don’t worry miss Kerry your room will be waiting. Can’t express my gratitude to these wonderful people who go out of there way to take care of there customers. We have stayed multiple times and will definitely nip e staying again.

Access to the hotel is right off Circle Drive on the north side of Saskatoon,close to Hwy 16 N and Hwy 11 N. The lobby is large and inviting with elevator access to all floors. The staff are professional and courteous. The room was clean and well appointed with a comfortable king size bed, a couple of arm chairs to relax, as well as desk space with an office chair, a fridge/freezer, coffee machine (excellent coffee btw), and a microwave. The bathroom was spotless and had towels as well as bath products for our use. The room temperature was comfortable, could be adjusted if desired and had windows that could open. A Denny’s and Shark Club were attached to add to the convenience. There is a pool on the premises but we didn’t use it We had a very pleasant stay and would definitely come back.

Stay away! The property requires a deposit for incidentals even if you prepay online. I have no idea what incidentals you could possibly buy because there’s no room service or mini fridge in the room or anything like that. But that being the case you still have to pay it so I did.
However, I lost my bank card during my stay and they refused to pay the deposit back to me when I checked out. I had a new bank card, photo identification, my receipt for the deposit and even the room keys. The weekend manager required the same card and wanted me to go find it. Then she wanted me to go to my bank at 9 am on a Sunday morning and get a letter verifying that I replaced my card. The weekend manger was immediately combative and would absolutely not accommodate repayment of my deposit. I left the property for my long drive back home without getting my deposit back. They kept it.
I know the Hotel business is suffering right now like many businesses are during this pandemic, but I feel totally ripped off like they are making up for lost revenue by keeping people’s deposits whenever they can. Scratch Sandman Hotels of my preference list. I will never stay at another one.

Let’s talk about the fact that there was no parking. Not one spot to be had and had to park a distance away. Or how about the constant noise that comes from all rooms around us at 3am, but yet none of those complaints were heard or rectified.

The rooms are clean, and the location is fine, but there was nothing done to make me feel as if management had a grasp on any guests and their concerns over noise, people running down the halls or banging on the walls. It’s just disappointing considering staying in hotels isn’t cheap and my wife and I wanted to get away to spend some time in what we envisioned would be a peaceful environment. That wasn’t the case.

Place has turned into a dive , people going through garbages outside , don’t think about checking in before 4 pm either ! Rooms are never ready!! Afraid to park vehicle in parking lot as there are sketchy people wandering all over ! Ti e to move on and find a better place to stay from now on …..
