We chose to stay here instead of a waterslide hotel because we were looking for a quieter experience We practically had the pool to ourselves. the staff of super friendly and accommodating. the lobby was warm and inviting. We were accommodated with a late check out so we could shop while one of our party stayed back and had to rest. It was a very pleasant experience over all. The only thing I would recommend is putting fans in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a flawless stay. I particularly want to shine a light on the front desk peron working the day shift on Tuesday December 27th and Wednesday December 28th. I can't recall her name but she was Professional and it was a pleasure to work with her. We will be back.

Stayed 2 nights at this property while in Saskatoon. Located downtown by the junction of Highways 11 and 14. Location made walking everywhere in the downtown area easy.

We had a NS corner suite with a King Bed, fridge, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, wet bar, sofa bed with coffee table and end table. There was a small table and 2 chairs along with a desk and chair as well. Room was huge, very clean and very well kept.

The bathroom was very large and had a soaker tub as well as a separate shower. There was a long countertop with 2 sinks bowl style that sit on counter. There was still lots of space. Everything was very clean. Shower was a corner unit and way too small especially given the size of the room. Very cramped.

Room was a bit noisy even with AC running. Lots of emergency vehicles given the 2 main highways adjacent. I'm not sure there is a really quiet option anywhere in the hotel given the location.

I knew before arriving that there was a $15 per night charge for parking in the hotel. This was OK as it was indoor and secure. Since we could walk anywhere we wanted to go we had a safe location for the car. Also we would have had to pay for parking all over downtown anyway.

The Midtown Mall was literally right across the street and it was only about a 6 block easy walk down to the river where there was a nice park and walking paths.

In house restaurant was open for breakfast and dinner, we got takeout one night and food was very good. They were enforcing proof of vaccination to eat in the restaurant which was great.

Service was great and value for $ Excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice. We were only in for one night but will certainly stay here again. Great experience all round. Staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and clean, beds allowed for a great sleep. I especially appreciate the secure parking garage! The downtown location of this hotel is perfect but the the best surprise of all ....... the restaurant!! I am always somewhat skeptical about hotel restaurants but this one has incredible food, very tasty and reasonably priced and served by top notch wait staff! I will go here just to eat when in Saskatoon. Well done!

We spent one night in the Two Queen Superior Suite. The room looked cool but was awkward.
There was no where for the 3 of us to sit and watch TV unless it was in a bed. Would be nice to sit on the couch to watch TV.
The one bed was smaller and definitely not a queen! Very disappointed in that. The beds and the hide a bed were very very uncomfortable. The smaller of the two beds creaked with every movement and you could feel every spring.
Most plug ins required lights to be in. The small lamp beside the couch needed the hall/entrance light in. The plug in by one bed needed another light on. No charging phones at night as you needed lights on to do it.
The bathroom. So much awkward there!!!
The door was a sliding barn door. There was no handle so to close it you had to grab it and pull fast. To open it you had to stick your finishers in the crevasse and pull. Are these awkward places being sanitized?? The frosted glass was wearing and not as opaque as you would like it to be. The barn door track was too long for the wall and went 8 inches past the wall into the room. The sink was just more than a trickle because the tap was blocked by the mirror and could not turn in all the way. Over all poor design.
The hallway showed how poorly renovations were done. The flow carpet was newer. But the 4 inches of carpet up the wall and the carpet immediately in front of the elevator was filthy old worn out carpet the was completely different looking.
Pool was empty so we enjoyed it all to ourselves. You had to request towels. Signs all over saying to wipe furniture before using it but there was nothing there to wipe it with.
The restaurants were closed however both the front desk employee who helped us book and the manager (via email) advised us of this so we knew about this and were prepared.
Sadly we would not stay there again. It was not comfortable and not enjoyable. We had planned to see about a late check out and possible stay an additional night in order to go check out Midtown Plaza, but instead we woke up and went straight home.

I booked two rooms here for my friend's bachelor party. The two superior queen rooms easily accommodated 4 men in each room. The rooms are spacious, modern, and clean. The hotel is clean, upscale, and quite fancy for a Holiday Inn. It is in close proximity to the mall and all the restaurants.

I was also pleased to be contacted by hotel staff a day prior asking for a list of the people who could check into the rooms which would speed the process. I appreciated this as I was not around for check in.

Would reccomend.

This downtown hotel is a nice location that is walking distance to many pubs and restaurants and great for business. The first night at 1046pm the hotel fire alarm went off and continued for 5-8 minutes, were got our 7 week old baby dressed and out the door when it shut off and we were told not to be alarmed because there was no fire...
nice pool and hot tub with a small fitness area. The service was average and Covid concerns seemed to be taken serious. Restaurant was closed. Nice parkade on site but they do charge a fee even for hotel guests.

Terrible customer service. Will never stay with another Holiday Inn again. My husband travels frequently for work, and as a result is silver elite, IHG member. Due to his ever changing schedule as a pilot, we always make sure to book refundable hotels. For some reason when we booked this reservation the hotel reserved us a room at a nonrefundable rate. On March 15 we received a on March 15 we received an email from them stating that we only had until March 8th to modify/cancel the reservation. I made several calls to IHG and the hotel both were adamant that we would have to forgo $170, one night stay at the hotel. Even though we were trying to cancel the room five days out from our reservation, and had never actually booked a nonrefundable rate. Very disappointed that this is how they treat their loyal customers.

We arrived in Saskatoon via the Via Rail service from Vancouver (arriving in at about 9am). We got to the hotel very early, however the reception managed to find a room that was ready and they allowed us to check in. Staff were also great with advising us on local transport!

Breakfast was good, lunch was also decent. Didn’t have dinner at the hotel.

Room was spacious and clean. WiFi worked well. Car parking facilities were great! Felt very secure leaving my hire car here.

Location was fantastic. We had to go to the airport to pick up our hire car and the bus stop was approximately 5 minutes from the hotel and it look about 20 minutes to get there. Downtown was also a short walk.

Overall very impressed. Will stay again if I return to Saskatoon!

Where to begin...well the entire staff are so welcoming. It was a stay my wife and I will treasure forever. We stayed in the Penthouse Suite over looking the city . Totally impressed with the entire rooms. Fireplace was a nice touch in February. Huge washroom. Bedroom was very spacious and of course the sitting area had a nice leather couch. Then there was the full size kitchen. What a treat . Pool and Hot Tub were the best .Really enjoyed the Restaurant with fantastic food. Oh and heated parking too. Perfect stay...Thank You Adam and Bridgette. Strongly recommend Holiday Inn Saskatoon you won't be disappointed.

This is a very clean, well maintained hotel.

Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The beds were very good and the room was incredibly quiet. The location was easy to get to, and the indoor parking was an unexpected bonus.

Front desk service was outstanding.

Morning Lorianne P! Our pool is one consecutive depth throughout the entire pool at a depth of 4ft. It's conducive for middle aged children to swim in, but not necessarily the best for smaller infants. Our pool is used regularly during the week by a local group who facilitates swimming lessons for young children and they've always enjoyed the pool. If you need anything else, please don't hesitate to contact us anytime. Holiday Inn Saskatoon Downtown (306) 986-5000

My room was a corner room, with king bed and pullout couch, small fridge, sink and microwave. I would think a family of four could use this room for sure.
