I will give a 3 star. The stay a d the experience wasn't spectacular. I expect more as a loyalty member of their rewards program and a frequent user. I wouldn't make this location my first choice on next visit.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. While I'm happy that you were able to enjoy a clean room and friendly staff, I'm sorry that you didn't receive the restful sleep you deserved. With the hotel being 100% over the weekend, there is little we can do in regards to moving rooms for guests. With that being said, I apologize that front desk didn't better communicate this to you. Is there coffee available and a choice of food for breakfast?
Yes, we always have freshly brewed coffee (decaf also) in the lobby as well as freshly ground coffee, and hot beverages such as hot chocolate and French vanillas in our touch screen coffee machine...all free of charge. Every morning we feature hot items such as eggs, waffles, and a meat item (bacon or sausage). We also always have fruit, cereal, yogurts and other options available to you. Upon request we also have gluten free options! I hope I answered all of your questions, and we hopefully look forward to welcoming you home! Alex Fleischhacker
