Pros: - Within walking distance to Big C mall and other eateries - Room size is decent. - Room cleanliness is average Cons: - Room produce strong mould smell. Avoid if you are allergy to these. - Room carpet is old and dirty. It produce unbearable smell. Seriously need to replace. - Customer service at front desk is below average.

It's a nice hotel and I have no complaints when I stay. Soft beds, nice showers, good food, nice staff (O they don't all speak Vietnamese ... Guess why, this is Vietnam!!!!) use google translate, you'll get there. :) The only sad thing is that the hotel shadows its own pool, possibly deliberately as the Vietnamese are scared of the...

Only stayed for one night and first impressions were good. Manager seemed to be only one with English so it was difficult to deal with the majority of staff. Had dinner in restaurant and was very good also. Big buffet breakfast in the morning too!

Located a block infront of the bveach area, this hotel offers a wonderful Pool and restaurant. The rooms a a bit dated, but quite comfortable and very cheep in the winter months. There are several restaurants in the neighborhood, es[ecially across the street at the beach. All in all, it is almost a 5 star for old standards and still...

The approach and lobby of this city centre hotel are impressive enough that you are not surprised to see the four stars proudly displayed below the hotel name. But venture past the lobby and this hotel deserves two stars at best. Our room on the second floor was tired and shabby. The fat screen TV was the first indication that...

If you must visit Vinh, then this is a good place to stay. Staff are friendly and helpful, rates are reasonable and the adjoining restaurant provides good food. No problems sleeping despite having a room facing the main road. Wi-fi worked OK and the breakfast was fine.

This hotel is located on a busy road and the window seals don't work very well, which can make it a bit noisy at night (pack earplugs!). The blocakout curtains were fantastic! I did not use the pool, but we did eat beside the pool one night and the food and service was great. The Business Centre were very accomodating...
