From the booking phase, we were so satisfied when we checked out the hotel to the valet when we received our car, that... first of all, I appreciate the kindness of the hotel reservation unit Özlem's attention, she provided very good and accurate information about the hotel, answered every question in a competent way, mastered the facilities and services. We had to postpone our vacation for a week (cancelled and returned due to trouble and this surecte was a lot of support) so because of these attitudes and the convenience they hosted, we decided that even if we could not go this year, we would go next year. When it comes to the hotel, we have a rooftop property and lake houses in 4 resorts 3. We stayed upstairs. It’s got a massive pool, but it’s a quiet location that’s sure it’s a miniclub to aqua parks. As we looked at it, the main building was much more crowded and bustling. There’s a restaurant that’s sure to go for the go-to, and there’s a food scene. There’s a 24-hour Ala carte eatery, a beachside eatery, and other doner tantuni-flavored ice cream-style peas. We ⁇ your meal. Lots of hearty and delicious appetizers. I just had a bit of trouble with the first 2 bullet olive buffets waiting and stumbling on a delicious dick but the next bullets were great too. I expected the room to be clean and quality, the bathroom and balcony were sufficient, there was a bed in huge size, a glass or cup can be placed on the bedding and balconies, but we didn't hang up, the quality of the tv goruntu was damaged once and for all, maybe if we informed them, but we didn't meet the need. While our fellow man was at the hotel, he was uncomfortable, and the ragmen were very helpful with immediate cleanliness, although the night was dirty and the bed was dirty. We had a lot of mini-club activities, the parking was great, there were so many amenities and activities that we could not afford 5 nights of ragmen (the last 2.5-foot shot was uncomfortable) with just 5 more guns. It took us some time to get to the sea, the sea is very clean, the tourists are there from the morning, we were struggling to find the season for the night we went, the sea side is completely small, it's a bit difficult to get into the sea, but I decided that you would prefer a pool and an aqua park, the aqua parks are just enough and more that cater to every law. Finally, as we strolled down Donuste, we noticed that the valet companions just poured water into their side pockets—maybe a gentle, but subtle and sassy move. We appreciate everyone at heart.

The hotel is huge , but you never feel uncomfortable, enough room for everyone everywhere . Quite clean .
The restaurant is great .
Food was always delicious and fresh , a wide choice of fish , meat , lots of cheeses , vegetables. you can see cooks making dishes, baking pastry .
The chef is brilliant, so approachable and friendly, always in the dining room, very attentive. Once we got a fruit dish from him , it was very touching.

Considering that this year the price tag for a holiday in Turkey flew into space, we had incompatible requirements: to meet 400 thousand for a week - 2 rooms (2 adults, 2 children), definitely a top five on the first line, good food, entertainment for children - a water park at least, several pools, including swimming pools, cleanliness, ultra-all, and so that the room is quiet and peaceful at night. It would seem that they were not too picky, but it was difficult to find. Looking ahead, Selestum Family Resort fully met expectations. And even higher.
We lived on the territory of the Lake House, it was quiet and peaceful, the houses were surrounded by swimming pools (it was great to swim there at night), and we hung out in the main territory. Of course, you can look for shortcomings: the cleaning is of very average quality, crowds of people in the main restaurant, or the fact that the waiters do not serve during meals, and you have to bring your own drinks. None of this bothered us at all. And the fact that it’s a bit far from the sea from Lake House was a pleasant bonus for us: we like to walk a lot. We went to the Lake House restaurant or 247: yes, there was less choice, but the surroundings were very nice and there weren’t many people. We also went to the Italian a la carte, I really liked it: carpaccio and salmon with white wine went very well with the live music of a flutist from Italian classics. The main thing is that everything is tasty, of high quality, varied - vegetables, meat, fish, sweets, and fruits. Neither we nor those we met had any rotaviruses or other rubbish.
The animators, to put it mildly, are not intrusive, which we liked. The evening shows are amazing, not just any Mr. Hotel, but performances by professional teams. A bunch of water slides, an amusement park, a bowling alley, a spa and a hammam - super, in short, it was difficult to even make it everywhere. Very friendly staff. Cleanliness - they scrub and clean all the time. Everywhere there are toilets, showers, changing rooms, bars with very decent drinks, including Turkish coffee.
And most importantly – the sea. It is simply impossible to convey this bliss - water under 30 with the smell of watermelon. Someone writes that entering without corrals is bad. Well, we didn't notice it.
In a word, this is one of our best holidays in Turkey, although we have been here countless times in a variety of conditions - from budget fours to Rixos.

Were from November 1 to November 16. We rested despite some negative aspects.
The most important negative is the stay in the meeting hotel of the Turks, a person 600, 3 times for 5 days, the emblem they had in the form of a wrench, a shovel and a broom or something. We've tried not to run into them, but it's hard. I don't want to write it, but the hotel had to close for their service. It's a complete debacle of managers or it's their acquisition in the form of profit, but it's not pretty.
"Pros"
1. Gestas work perfectly, performing the functions of other services, any appeal processing and execution. Thank you.
2. The hotel is on the first line, always accessible beach towels and lots of free sunbeds. There's a pier, a lot of people jump off it.
3. The food is very varied.
4. Bars, we didn't expect, but there was original alcohol and plenty of choice. The best Lobby bar (delicious coffee is made there) and the bar in the restaurant is 24-7.
5. I really enjoyed the sea restaurant, thank you. We hid there from a gathering of broom and shovel workers.
6. Park with amusement, even adults rode.
7. Most importantly, Gestrellación gave us a very quiet room, away from the noise, thank you.
8. Towels in the room were changed and swept up in the morning always.

"Cons"
PURITY
1. When we checked in, the room had empty containers with all the soap, but it was brought in quickly, but we had to call. The room itself on bathing never, only swept, the slippers became dirty in 5 minutes, I myself mopped the floors!!!!! Linen only changes when the guests call. I mean, full self-service.
2. The main restaurant doesn't clean the floors, the dirty baseboards, the frames, you come in the morning, and you don't feel fresh from cleaning. I wouldn't bring a kid to a hotel like this.
3. Nothing's been wiped on the beach for 16 days, tables are sticky.
4. Bloggers write about good concerts, discos, they were, but for the Turkish rally, and as a tribute, white roses.
I recommend to whom: if you need to hang out and you're the one who yells at night, you'll be like a fish in the water.
I won't recommend it for kids because of cleanliness only.
And for people looking for comfort and quiet, I was hoping for an off-season, and for nothing.

Food: The menu is very repetitive, The Lunch and dinner offerings are very similar, unfortunately food is often mislabelled or not labelled at all, my daughter is vegetarian and she found it hard to eat a meal other than plain rice, chips and bread. Breakfast has a wide variety of eggs, the cereals were of poor quality, there was no chopped fruit, just whole apples, bananas etc.

The a la carte Mexican restaurant was fantastic, I cannot fault it, absolutely delicious with top quality drinks.
The ice cream bar was delicious.

Drinks: very weak and often badly made. There was a bit of a language barrier with the bar staff so I would often request a drink and be served something different but I was too polite to send it back so I would often just drink it, I could not drink the Bloody Mary as it’s utterly vile wherever you order it.
I was ordering a cocktail and an accompanying shot to actually taste it.

Swimming pools and slides: absolutely top notch. The lifeguards were very attentive. They had a very strict no tomfoolery policy. The safety of guests is very important to all of the lifeguards and they all demonstrated this remarkably.

Cleaniness and housekeeping: absolutely top notch, the rooms were cleaned to a very high standard and there are many recycling and litter bins across the resort. Housekeeping do come a little too early though, 8am is not a good time for families who are trying to get everything organised and get down to breakfast.

An all inclusive resort whilst encouraging indulgence, in this case leaned more towards greed and this is not the fault of the hotel staff but the guests themselves. Many guests behaved as if they had never seen food before and were taking mountains of strawberries and watermelon, often wasting it. Towels on the loungers was an issue here too, counting the guests in the pool compared to the empty but betowelled loungers was often frustrating.

I had visited the facility in previous years when it was operated under the name Silence Beach.
The facility has been partially renovated by Selectum in its current physical state. However, as someone who has previously stayed in many Selectum facilities, including the Selectum ship, I think that this hotel is managed in a way that does not meet the Selectum quality. The staff does not enjoy what they do, and the hours of snack restaurants and some bars are very limited. Although there are many snack restaurants, the food sections are closed between 4-6 o'clock. There is a restaurant that operates 24/7, but the food quality and taste is mediocre. The food in the main restaurant ends and is not refreshed. Especially
If you came 1 hour before the restaurant's closing time, some of the food items were sold out.
is happening. Drinks in restaurants
It is very difficult to find a waiter who serves. The animation team is very weak, and since the hotel is very large, it is not clear where or what program there is. There is a daily program, but other programs are not stated on this board, or you do not know where to go because the naming of the hotel's performance areas is not clear.
Since the balconies of the rooms in the Aqua section have easy access to the balconies of the next room, people's belongings fly onto each other's balconies in the wind.
It may also create a security problem. The hotel's spa section staff is indifferent, there is no steam room in the spa section. I think the best-run part of the hotel is the amusement park. Even the staff is happy. They provide entry at exactly 14 o'clock and exit at exactly 12 o'clock. If you arrive at the hotel early, your room is not ready, and if you want to check out late, you will receive an answer that there is no availability. But I stayed
In the process, new guests even at night
It's coming. Therefore, checking out 1-2 hours late will not be a problem, the customer
I think it will increase my satisfaction. After all, who wants this
There is not much customer profile. To summarize briefly, the hotel is old.
The owners were also running it with this quality.
Selectum only improved the drink quality of this hotel, but overall everything remained mediocre. A hotel that will receive 3.5 out of 5 in terms of price and performance.

We arrived with our family at the hotel for 4 nights 5 days. The hotel is located on the first coastline.
Staying in this hotel gave us incredible feelings.
I have been to many hotels in Turkey.
But this was the first time I felt such comfort and coziness here.
Starting from the reception, pleasant feelings and surprises already began.
On the day of arrival at the hotel, the child had a birthday. The hotel staff themselves offered to decorate the room and they did it very professionally.
The child was very happy and of course we were also very pleased.
All hotel staff are very polite and promptly resolved all issues.
After the child’s birthday, the hotel staff Jayla, Jamilya and Nilgun offered to surprise her and organize a family dinner in the Italian restaurant. It was very nice of them and they also prepared an additional surprise cake with candles.
There are friendly, smiling, pleasant staff throughout the hotel. And at the reception, in the customer service department, in the restaurant, in the children's room, in bars.
The food is varied and tasty.
There is also a restaurant open 24 hours a day. Here you can order food from the menu.
We have only one good memory about this hotel.
I would like to express special gratitude to Jayla Khanim, Nilgun Khanim and Jamila Khanim.
Thank you very much to the owner of this hotel for such an organized work that gives people a good feeling and mood.

We found the hotel spotlessly clean, not sure towels were changed daily which would have been nice, beds fantastic huge! We had a second room for our sons 16 and 17 years old next to ours and their room wasn’t cleaned daily probably because they slept in but still can’t expect everyone to be up at 9am on holiday. The pool area was ridiculous due to people reserving sunbeds that don’t even turn up the whole day, however when I found someone who understood English they did find us some sunbeds. I strongly recommend that a pool attendant observes sunbeds that have been reserved with towels but don’t appear within 2 hours to remove them for other guests to use, yes give people an hour for lunch and time in the pool but it’s not fair to reserve them all day and not turn up!
Restaurant was crazy busy not enjoyable but food was good as long as you are well and can eat it, this is the sad bit everyone expects a holiday tummy and we all had that but my husband had it for the duration of our stay which was concerning.
Please offer the choice to buy branded drinks over and above the inclusive ones, draft beer was horrific very flat and we suspect this contributed to the bad tummies. Bowling alley and pool you had to pay for but the man that worked there was absolutely fantastic massively friendly and made our boys holiday. The darts around the pool proved very popular indeed and as keen dart players it would have been nice to have one in the resort at night somewhere, the man running the darts was fabulous and a great member of the entertainment team.
Overall hotel was good but there is room for improvement in certain areas and massively spoilt by something that made my husband ill all holiday. The pool was shut off twice while we was there no announcements as to why so we was left wondering if someone was ill in it??
Option to upgrade drinks by paying is a must and a less hectic restaurant would be good. Plus no reserving sunbeds. The hotel doesn’t have a lot of English,, I agree with other reviews that it’s more Russian welcoming but that’s fine although if English are welcome please have staff that can understand what you are saying.

When choosing the hotel, unfortunately, fell for the lauded reviews.
The hotel is old, even with the recent renovation, you can still see the shrouded.
We checked into a house on Lake House 18.09.24. The room is small, we're on the 1st floor with two rooms with access to the pool. The hallway in the room is narrow, with no shoes to put on the entrance. The bed is located very close to the closet that the door cannot be opened normally. (see photo) The water in the pool is icy, never bathed in it, few people bathed with a large number of occupants. The restaurant by the lake is scarce compared to the main restaurant, and the main people are dark. To eat shrimp, you have to go to the main restaurant. Just so you know, the area is large, and the distance between the main restaurant and the lake is not small, with children is uncomfortable. That's the indignation why the lake doesn't make a choice of dishes like the main restaurant.
The beach is better than in Kemera, but going into the sea is also problematic, without special shoes.
The hotel keeps on animation and entertainment for children. Mini club, moon park and water park recreation decoration. From the age of 4 upwards, you can leave children in the club, and for children less there is a babysitting service of 20 per hour. The large water park does not operate 2 out of 8 slides.
From the pros: ice cream, snacks, baby pools for crumbs, mini club, hookah can be ordered in the evening, live music, warm sea.

And the cherry on the cake 😅 at the end

We had an individual transfer, when checking into the hotel met a girl at Angelica's reception and immediately offered a room with two rooms with a surcharge at a discount of 220 euros (we have one room booked), to which I asked first to show rooms with one and two rooms for comparison. They only showed with two. I said I wasn't impressed with the room, let's show me my room, to which she had to say that the one-room room was in trouble and they would still have to put us in a two-room room. That's how the girl wanted to make money for us, and she also asked for cash.

The hotel is excellent, but with a large number of people it may not be comfortable. Or maybe not, but it seemed so to us, because already on April 4th there were queues almost everywhere. We arrived on April 1, the opening day of the season, and a week later we were glad that we were leaving, as it became uncomfortable. In order - we arrived in Antalya at 10.00 and here it is necessary to note the disgusting work of anex, since under the already scorching sun we waited for an hour and a half for our bus number. The comrade handing out the numbers could barely move, but was constantly talking to someone. Upon arrival, we checked in quickly, since it was already about 14.00. Room on the 6th floor overlooking the indoor pool and villas. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, in the evenings you can even hear someone talking quietly, and if you come across a noisy company, then consider yourself part of this company, there are no options))). The rooms are very decent, cleaning and towels are changed every day, pillows and mattresses are very comfortable.
In general, the hotel is relatively quiet during the day, but in the evenings the disco is loud, so those who like silence are definitely not in this hotel. On the 7th there was a show of illusionists, and throughout the entire performance the music was so loud that it hurt the eardrums, people left in the middle of the show because it was unbearable to listen to. As for the food, everything is standard, the freshness of the products should be noted, but this heap of useless salads and appetizers, which are presented in abundance - why? You need to look for something refined and tasty, but in recent days we have already focused on the queues - where they are, it’s delicious))). We fried salmon steaks for two days, but they managed to ruin it too - they dried it and fried it. And so, one or two types of fish, beef, turkey, chicken. There seemed to be lamb too, but it was somehow indistinct or we didn’t find it. In the first days, the food was very tasty in the restaurant on the street, which operates on an à la carte basis. With the massive arrival of tourists, the quality of food has sharply deteriorated, that is, for example, instead of pasta carbonara, they will bring you pieces of dough floating in flour syrup, and a tuna salad is just a set of greens with a teaspoon of tuna. Well, that is, the message is this: “and so it will do.” It's scary to think what will happen at the height of the season...
It should be noted that the hotel management seems to care about quality, as there are staff supervisors who monitor everything that happens. But if they are not there, the staff apparently relaxes. Bartenders work differently - sometimes they make great cocktails, sometimes so-so((((
The advantages of the hotel are the beach, the sea (water temperatures in April are 16-18 degrees, the air warms up to 30 degrees during the day), beautiful grounds, children's animation, amusement park (free), polite staff, indoor pool, imported alcohol (you need to ask, otherwise they will pour local). I hope the hotel can cope with the large number of tourists and the quality does not deteriorate. My wishes include lowering the music (if it’s not a disco, but a show), soundproofing the rooms, and not drying out the fish and meat.
