Detailed Reviews
Very nice owner/manager and our campsite was clean and everything functioned. Site with a view was nice. We stayed two nights and just relaxed and played board games. 66 dollars for two nights I believe it was for full service and out 30 foot fifth wheel fit although a bit tight. Wouldn’t hesitate to return for a short stay

The owners keep the camp quite clean and the lakeview was very nice. Owners were polite and helpful. However, the sardine can/ parking lot layout will keep me from ever going there again. The spaces seemed too small but I was thankful for kind neighbours.

This campsite sits right off the highway so it tends to be a bit noisy. The sites are small, however all Penticton camping seems to be. But it’s a cheap place to stay while you holiday in Penticton.
The staff were friendly and uninstrusive. They upgraded our booking upon arrival. It’s off the lake ans 5 mins from
Town but it has Nice views, clean pool, showers, dog friendly, quiet campers. We enjoyed our 3 night stay and would definitely come back.

Well we didn’t end up going because the government was recommending no travel in this area to keep the roads safe for evacuation purposes. When I messaged the camp along campground to say we aren’t coming because of the recommendation from the government and we wanted to keep highways clear and be safe they told us they were keeping our 80 dollar deposit. I am appalled that they are keeping deposits from travellers outside bc that want to stay out and give space for fighting fires. Bad business!!!! We will never return……. Place is on fire and they are still wanting to make money off of tourists that can’t get there and are choosing to give bc there space while fighting fires.

Sardine can campsite; more like a parking lot. They don't follow their own rules and let people infringe on other peoples space.
Screaming kids, large groups of people with jet skis on trailers still attached to a truck! A terrible experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The family that runs the campsite is so helpful and friendly. We used the shower and laundry facilities which were kept very clean. Pretty petunia baskets. We realized too late that we didn’t order a cinnamon bun. Next time!

A bunch of our friends booked the lake view sites and had a great time. The view is amazing and the sites are clean. For the Penticton area, these are by far the best campsites we've stayed at.
It's also a 15 minute drive to the channel. A bonus, the owners will make fresh croissants for you if you order them the night before.

Ideal for campers with tents or small trailers. We had a none serviced site, over looking Skaha Lake, in the open so had a fresh breeze to keep things cool. Pets allowed. The small camp shop only carries basics and is pricey so take essentials with you or shop in town only 6km distance away. Great way to visit the many wineries in the area, to sight see or just laze. Site is near the main road so traffic noise during the night, which soon got used to. Site has its own apricot and pear trees, small pool.

We arrived for a short stay in the area. We has a nice view from our lake view spot. The price was a bit high though. Also traffic from the highway can be heard below although with A/C on at night it can't be heard. I wasn't comfortable letting the kids go in the small pool as it didn't seem too clean. Playground could also be updated. My son liked trying to find apricots on the trees. Goos for a short stay.

Clean facilities, friendly staff. But so much more could be done. Sites are overcrowded, almost parking on top of each other. The pool is only open till 8pm, which is even early for the kids to go to bed. The field to play in is great, they even have a box of things to play with, although incomplete. Half a badminton set, horse shoes but no real pins in the ground. Showers are pay, Internet is pay, and the basketball hoop is not there as in there web site. Web site is old.
