This was a excellent week of learning to cook Italian cusine and touring the local countryside's food related business. The chief/teacher and the staff were excellent as well as the accomodations and facilities at the school. We were there in November of 2014.

This was an absolutely amazing week. Every day was so perfectly planned out and enjoyable. It’s taken me a while to write to post because it’s hard to put into words how wonderful this culinary holiday is. All of the people who work for Casa Gregorio are gracious, generous and very friendly. I went by myself and wasn’t sure what...

We had the time of our lives with the cooking and the traveling! It couldn't have been a better trip. Everyday we got to spend cooking with Valerio, then we got to spend the rest of the day with Patricio, Paulo, Peter and our sheep dog :) The food was the most delicious I have ever had. We made 4...

The host, Peter, is super friendly and knowledgeable, not to mention fun!The entire staff must love their jobs because there are smiles every day, all day. It was a trip I'll always hold in my heart. We planned it as a vacation from our vacation to Rome and Florence and it was just what we needed, and more than we expected. Everything was provided for us, and the daily excursions took us to places we'd never have discovered on our own. We had a blast in...

The staff gave us constant service and attention with warm smiles from early morning until late night. The food and coffee are beyond description!! I have never been served so much delicious food! Every...

I wrote my first review 6 months ago after returning from a visit with my daughter. At that time, I wanted to give them 10 stars. And still do! We all know, that sometimes after you're back home, and time passes, the feeling of a great trip fades. I can honestly say, not with this trip! I'm still raving about...

It was a first visit to Italy and the week we spent at Casa Gregorio was the highlight! Yup, a week of cooking school in a two hundred year old castle with a private room that included a grotto bathroom and a five-headed shower...molto bene! Our daily cooking adventures, instructed by superbly competent and deftly personable staff, shared with a...

It is risky to entrust 7 days of your life to a stranger’s leadership in another country. Before signing up, ask yourself a few questions like: Why am I signing up for a program that could include 20 people doing the same things at the same time for days? Do I enjoy being around that many people for so long?...

We spent a week recently at Casa Gregorio at cooking school. What a fabulous time. The staff and Gregory are wonderful people who make you feel a welcome addition to their " family" while you are there. The days are full of wonderful outings followed by cooking in the amazing kitchen. Full of colours, aromas and laughter. It is low...
