This hotel is in a quiet residential street leading from a small and beautiful ancient village. Rooms on the garden side look out over the rural Durance valley. There is hardly any traffic noise during the night from the winding D road below, on its approach to the village. The hotel is at a convenient driving distance for guests arriving...

Rooms simple but clean and comfortable with modern plumbing fixtures near Lavender fields. Pleasant restaurant and patio seating. Next town has huge raised fish pond with restaurants on one side. Nice pool.

Rooms were spotless and airco functioning, parking space alongside and in front of the hotel. It sits on a quiet street so it's very peaceful at night. Reception amicable. All in all good value for a few days in the region (Ansouis, Cucurron). Only bum notes were the weird pool hours (closed in the afternoon and after 19:30) and the...

Being long time fans of Mr Crowe and friends, we took the opportunity to spend a couple of days in the Luberon area to visit the sets and experience the country. This hotel is a couple of kilometers up the road from Cucuron, we walked down to have a beer by the town pond seen in the film. The reception...

This hotel is situated in a small, attractive village in the midst of beautiful scenery. The patron gave us a warm welcome and we were shown to a very airy, pleasant room. The garden is delightful with mane places to sit in the shade. Very acceptable meal served in a lovely dining room by friendly staff.

Let's start with the positives; The room was clean and comfortable. The air-con worked. There was a good choice at the breakfast buffet, although the coffee machine and the plastic trays reminded me of a works canteen. But this is a Logis, three stars no less; and even gets an entry in the Michelin Guide of 2010. All the floor is tiled so sound...

We booked initially for 3 nights (end of August) but extended our stay with 1 night and enjoyed every single minute of it. The new owners made great effort in giving us a relaxing and comfortable holiday. From breakfast (buffet with plenty of choice) to evening meal (fine, fresh and delicious), it's always nice to have a little talk with...

We stumbled upon this hostellerie in the back fields in Aix en Provence as we drove around looking for somewhere to stay as we didn't have a booking. We wanted two single beds and our first find only had doubles. They recommended the Hostellerie du Luberon. Very clean and modern and set in a lovely garden near a delightful old...
