Very bad experience...we had our corporate team-building event & was terrible. Staff not hospitable at all. Their buffet lunch was terrible. Their breakfast was crap...lazy restaurant staff ! I would never go back & never recommend this to anyone !
This is good to arrange seminars and conferences. I would not prefer to go for a vacation to this place as it is not that interesting. I enjoyed going to the nearby river. Breakfast options are not much. Poor internet service.
A wonderful resort at the top of the hill, just enjoy the quietness that is untouched by the modern world.

You may have to take the taxi from the airport to go there - and it can be expensive. Else you may want to spend some time in KL city before going to the place. I am not sure what is your expectation, but the resort is pretty remote and quiet. Unless you are local, I am not sure if this place is touristic enough for you. The good part is, if you are there, you can also venture to Genting Highlands and Berjaya Hills.
