This was a friendly hotel with great food that was right on the beach. This was our first stop on our honeymoon and one of the best. The staff was great and the greek salad was awesome. The only concerns were the number of kids that prevented us from wanting to use the pool. But the beach was just outside,...

On our honeymoon, Chania was actually the last choice when picking our three island destinations. We wanted to see a less touristy, less traveled part of the Greek Islands. In hindsight, it was the best decision we could have made and our favorite spot on our 10 day honeymoon. We stayed three nights in Chania, before traveling to Santorini and...

I don't really want to let the world know how good this hotel is but it really is absolutely amazing. I generally expect that if i am paying the prices charged such as here that the service etc should be good and it was excellent. Very friendly hotel, good food.. we rarely went anywhere else. The hotel owners bend over...

We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Ammos and it was great. Lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pool and the wonderful beach. The setting is fantastic and we swam in the clear sea water almost every day. The hotel was quite quiet out of season which we loved. The staff were excellent, nothing is too much trouble. It...

We stayed for one week in late October the food was so good we ate in the hotel every night. The main waitress, Poppy, was so friendly. In the morning another waitress Maria assisted with the breakfasts and was again very helpful, in fact all the staff were so nice. The owner Nicos and his partnet Dimitra were very nice...

Just back from the Ammos hotel and it was a breathe of fresh air! Normally as a couple we opt for small boutique hotels so it was great to find one which was child friendly too!! The staff were so friendly to our daughter (3) - she loved it! Our room was perfectly formed and in a great spot, next...

We thought it was an exceptionally well run small hotel, with everything needed for a relaxing stay. It is located on a nice beach, in a quiet suburban area on the outskirts of Hania. You have quick and easy access to the town centre, and easy to follow road access to the main coast road. The hotel had a very...

On our recent Honeymoon, we stayed at six different hotels across different islands (including some luxury resorts), and the experience at Ammos was one of our favorites. I would definitely go back. The staff was really top notch and provided us with killer recommendations for restaurants, drives and activities. We also took advantage of the beautiful spa room for massages...

This hotel resort was absolutely amazing. The location was wonderful, the staff was fantastic and really helpful, the restaurant was great, and the rooms themselves were lovely. I stayed in a triple with two friends and we had a great time. The hotel is just a short car ride or 15 minute bus ride from Chania and is even walkable...

The hotel is outstanding. The service was perfect. The rooms have a great ocean view. The Air Conditioning works was AWESOME! New sheets and towels every night! Hot showers with a "Rain" shower head above you...even if your a tall guy like me. The hotel restaurant serves great food until 10 or 11pm. You are 10 minutes by car from...
