Our trip Oct 2017 had two rooms 214 & 215 at the front of the main building , overlooking the main road ..... and it's noisy at night !
The lower floor 112 , 113 . 114 etc had the same complaint .

We were amazed by the friendly staff, clean and beatiful hotel, which was close to the sea and offered amazing breakfast. Everyone was trying really hard and we had an amazing time!

It's about 15 mins from Chania Town by bus - you can get the number 21 or 15 bus from a stop walking distance from the hotel, they run approx every 15-20 mins! Tickets only €1.20 from the shop opposite the hotel - more expensive to buy on the bus itself. Buses seem to run fairly late, but we only got them around midday so can't speak from experience there. I think timetables are available online.
I've just returned from a stay here and whilst I didn't eat breakfast outside, I saw that some people had opted to take their breakfast out to the pool, which is right next to the breakfast room.
