We wondered if small, simple but charming hotels still existed: yes! The rooms with stone floors, the common areas with white rattan furniture, the beautiful terraces with breathtaking views, the large swimming pool with its deckchairs and the calm; everything is there. Plus an adorable and attentive service. Be careful, however, opt for breakfast at Arion, on the port. Other than that, flawless.

Nothing absolutely negative. However, plenty of little things to be improved. Air con had a lot of vibrations (room 214), instead of a sea view the room has a roof view, amenities are quite old and without charm. I stayed at the hotel 10 years ago and nothing has changed. The hotel has to improve and to be refurbished to stay attractive.
The employees are very very kind and we were very impressive by their courage.
The breakfast is quite good but not at the level of expectations.
Finally, we can not say if we should recommand it or not. That’s the explanations of the 3/5 evaluation.

Lovely and calm location with outstanding views on the Aegean Sea and Kampos bay.
The all staff is really kind and reactive.
The access to the beach is easy, private access path to the hotel.
Last but not least, the big and warm outdoor pool is a big plus

We had a very comfortable and relaxing week enjoying the amazing view from our room. The whole Patmos Paradise team was excellent and made us feel like home. The breakfast was superb and we even played squash in the hotel’s facilities. We will definitely come back again next year.

I spent three nights before my wedding day and my wedding night in this hotel and have an abundance of priceless memories as a result. The staff treated me like a princess throughout and decked out the main suite for our wedding night with champagne and gorgeous flowers. My husband and I have returned several times to celebrate our anniversary and every time we are treated like royalty. The rooms and common areas are consistently spotless and taken care of. The pool is awesome and the views from the balconies are breathtaking.

My wife and I stayed at the Patmos Paradise in July and we found it to be just what we were looking for. The location is ideal if you are looking for a quiet escape from the noisy port. The hotel itself is situated on a hill overlooking a tranquil bay that provides the memorable sunsets the other reviews mention. Our room was decorated in the typical Greek island white and blue and was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed breakfast every morning and especially looked forward to the first-rate service provided by the staff. Everybody speaks English and couldn't be more willing to help. My wife absolutely loved it.

Stayed at the Paradise Beach for three nights, on a B&B basis, as part of a Saga 3 island tour late September, and were amazed at the fantastic views from our sea view balcony. What a place to chill-out for a few days, and relax by the nice pool, and to enjoy that breathtaking view of the bay ahead, and see the lovely sunrises in the mornings. Despite being very quite while we visited, and therefore only a handful of staff on hand, the friendly, efficient service was another good feature of the hotel. The buffet breakfasts were sufficient and tasty, and the service area very clean, as were the bedrooms and the rest of the hotel. One unique feature is the white-painted concrete furnishings in the bedrooms, including the beds!! But the mattresses were very comfortable, and sleep quality first-class. One problem with hotels located in such stunning locations is that invariably one will encounter steep hills to climb. And that is the case with Paradise Beach. A car has to be a must if you need to visit the beach, a quarter of a mile away, or to go to the nearest town, Skala, for evening meals. Although a local bus service is available at the bottom of the hill from the hotel, the walk, or rather the climb back to the hotel is exceptionally steep, and is too much for any elderly or infirmed guests. If the management could provide a regular shuttle transport service, it would solve mobility problems. But, despite that moan, we really enjoyed our stay at this amazing location.

Dear Mark,
Thank you for your kind interest in us.
Unfortunately the existing tennis court was ruined by strong winds a couple of years back.
All wind protection was put down and as a result the tennis court is out of order.
Due to these sudden burst of winds during winter time, it is uncertain if the court will be re-built.
We are looking into other options to take advantage of that space in the future.
In the meantime (racket-lovers) can enjoy our squash court.
