A lot of things went wrong when arriving on the Palace. *First of all I payed in advance using expedia about 3 days before arrival, but when we arrived they did not have our reservation. We had to wait for over an hour in the lobby, until the manager confirmed the reservation. * We stayed in the garden rooms which...

We had a group of 7 of us stay here in late September and had a wonderful time. The location is beautiful and the staff is outstanding. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and to take care of anything you need. The property itself is beautiful and has an amazing beach and a nice pool....

The previous review is so true! This place is AMAZING! To SEE it and then actually STAY there is hard to believe. The architecture, the grounds, gardens, the VIEW is jaw dropping! We got in late due flight delay, so we were alittle frazzled when we finally got to the airport. But then smiling, Wilson came to get us and...

AMAZING. I went here for a friend's destination wedding. It was such an amazing experience. My boyfriend and I stayed for a week. Usually by the end of a week away from home, we are ready to go back. I could have stayed for another week. So many things to say about the Palace. When we first arrived, Juan Carlos...

The overall impression of the Palace is beautiful, however, there were more drawbacks (in my opinion) which is why I say it depends upon what you are looking for. Very, very remote and have to have access to transportation to get anywhere (or you stay on the property). Personally, I would not go back to this place simply because of...

This was my first trip to the Balaji Palace. I had the privilege to attend my brother in law's wedding at the Palace, and our party of about 25 people rented the entire property. My husband and I stayed in the bottom of the two Cliffside Suites, which was just fantastic. It was such a quiet, private room, with beautiful...

The Palace is beyond beautiful. I don't think that pictures can capture how cool this property actually is. That being said, it is a secluded location that has some drawbacks. The water pressure was nonexistent and not always hot. The power goes out on occasion or has a brown out. There are armed gaurds that roam the property which is...

This was our second visit to Balaji Palace and we loved it just as much as the first time! It was so nice walking in the door, seeing the same staff as last year and realizing they actually remembered us (I travel a lot for work and can't remember the last time that happened anywhere). That alone made the whole...

Our vacation started off right at the airport. They sent two guys to drive us, they brought drinks and he was giving us a tour of the towns we were going through on our way to the hotel. We felt like we were hanging out at a friends mansion and not at a resort. It was a beautiful, small resort,...
