Arrived to meet with friends at 7.30 with a booked table. Pub was busy with a buzzing atmosphere so all good so far. Food ordered and table set up and a gin and tonic in hand so happy days.

Good atmosphere; good dinner. In quiet little village close to Coast to Coast trail (passes right in front). Cozy; good service. Best part was a cold pint of beer. Meal was typical British fare. I had risotto with goat cheese.
