We spent a night on this Kalahari farm with two delightful people and was fed a feast (we were a group 8, each with a passion for fine food!). I can recommend this as an excellent choice for a stopover (or even longer) on the way to Botswana. Bennie provided us with another essential - firewood, as none is available...

Small but very well laid out camp site with cement square block (red sand can get too much for some people) that has a basin with water connection (makes washing dishes easy). Proper wood can be bought at farm house to stack the fire pit. Stylish ablution; semi...

We stayed here overnight on the way to the Kgalagadi Park. It is 15 minutes from McCarthy's rest border crossing. Marda was an exceptional hostess and treated us to a wonderful dinner and breakfast. The rustic chalets were luxurious. We would highly recommend the guest farm to anybody traveling to Kgalagadi.

Our room was around 10 m from the house, quite big with private bathroom and good air conditioning. The room was clean and comfortable. Hosts Marda...

From the moment that we arrived, we got the feeling that wewere indeed at home and very welcome and truly part of the family. Our...

“We had the room behind the house, opposite to the kitchen door. It was very good; I do not know how it compares with the others.”
