I spent one night in this hotel during a business in France.
It is located very close to the Rhein and consequently to the german border.
The lady ar reception is very kind and her cooperation was brilliant when Inasked her how to do due to my very late evening arrival (she explained to me everything perfectly)

Rooms are cleaned and breakfast is complete

This hotel is in a small town so I was nervous about how good it would be especially as we were a group of 10 on a cycling trip. After a slightly frosty welcome from one member of staff (maybe because we were a group of 10 English men) the stay was fantastic. Rooms were clean and comfortable and as it was hot when we arrived the swimming pool was excellent, clean and refreshing. The hotel grounds are superbly maintained. There is parking. We ate in the hotel restaurant where the food and the service were very good. I think even the one member of staff cheered up when he realised we are a very respectful group and didn't behave like a stag party. I would definitely recommend this hotel

We stayed here a couple of times on transit to or from Italy. As we are traveling with two young children, we like to cut our journey in two and this hotel is located perfectly for that.

Groff is a nice family hotel, with good dining opportunities, a good winelist and very friendly staff. The room are clean and well sized.

We spent one night here on our way back home. The reception was ''french'', which is not always a compliment. The hotel is something like 1 km from the German border; being Dutch we prefer rather German than French, but this seemed to be asked a bit too much. The room is proper, the bathroom has only a bath, not appropriate for elder people. The restaurant has a hint of grandeur, but is very cold in its appearance, just like the waitress who serves us. The choucroute is fine, the cheese that we have as dessert as well. But the two glases of Gewürztraminer were flat and dry, whereas we expected a spicy and fruity wine with some sweetness, as we kno so well from the Alsace where the wine comes from. The glasses were at our request replaced by a vendeange tardive, which was allright at the end, but we were still charged for them. It is typical french arrogance to ignore your client.

This hotel, about 20 minutes by car from Colmar, has a beautiful garden, quite location, free parking and a very good restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and used it as a base to vist some of the colourful villages in nearby Alsace.

The room was clean and the bathroom was pleasantly in the middle of the room.
The staff was friendly and spoke also English. Breakfast was good.
The menu in the restaurant was only bad or we waited more. Usually these menus
are very good in Logis restaurants.

Welcome is warm and professional, rooms are comfortable and clean, and the breakfast is really good and plenty - ask for the pancakes 🤗. It is always a pleasure to come back to this hotel - and bring back home some delicious raspberry jam made by the owner 😉.

We used this hotel as a base for a cycling holiday, we have stayed here before - which is a measure of how good it is (don't return if not up to scratch).
The room was a very good size with lovely bathroom/shower, all very clean and tastefully decorated. The temperature was 35C - so was glad of the air con in the room.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful and coped with my school french - though most were ok with english.
There are a number of restaurants in the area - but the food is so good in the restaurant that we ate there every night - outside on the terrace.
There is an extensive garden area to the rear, which is good to chill in on a hot afternoon.
