To start with the positives, the room and hotel in general was clean and tidy and the breakfast was fine, however possibly partially because of a failure by our trip organiser to inform them that I was vegan, they didn't have anything suitable to eat for vegans and virtually nothing for vegetarians either. It is trivial to cater for both...

Hotel close to Alsace Wine Route, Europa Park and Black Forest Attractions. The Hotel is very clean and has a very good breakfast. In the evening rooms may become a little bit warmer in summer peak season.

I booked this Hotel because of proximity of Europa Park and price. We had a family room for four, that was ok. Clean room and good beds, clean bathroom. The breakfast is good, fresh fruits, good german bred and lots of other choices, meat and cheese. Nothing to complain, a good 2 star! The owners are very friendly and the...

We stayed in this hotel for one night travelling home from Italy. The rooms are basic but clean. Staff is friendly and breakfast is what you would expect. There is a nice Thai restaurant at 2 minutes walking distance. We would book this hotel again if we need a stay over hotel again in this area.

Lovely Bavarian style hotel. Staff were friendly, had a meal there which was very good. Stayed one night, good location. Booked a twin room, which had 2 beds together and 2 other single beds. The bed was comfortable. Room huge, loads of space for luggage, a wardrobe and reasonable lighting. Bathroom was very big and clean with nice towels and...

The portions were large, so nobody went home hungry. The salad dressing was really salty and the owner did not look very excited about having more guests, but the waitress was very nice and the food was okay. We only had dinner and did not stay at the hotel. So the review is for the restaurant only.

We have been to this hotel 4 or 5 times. The owner is very friendly. The rooms are pretty basic, but very clean. We are usually in the area for hiking and take our dog with us, so this is perfect. For breakfast, yo have your typical spread of German breakfast foods and the food at the hotel is also...

My Husband and I have been staying at this lovely little family run hotel in the Black Forest for 3 or 4 years now. The rooms are simple but clean and dogs are welcome. The restaurant has good traditional German food and prices are very reasonable. Local wines are served. This is a great location to stay if you want...
