We went there for the weekend to relax and dive as a couple. The place is right on the sea boarder (but no beach) and diving was excellent with really serious and competent dive master(s). The food was included in the room (you get to there by boat) and for that kind of fare in the Philippines, the food was...

Lovely spot for getaway from madding Manila. Flaky internet connection. Menu selection somewhat limited, but ok. Steps! Gorgeous rooms (ceiling to floor folding glass doors) with sparkling outlook to the restless sea.

Portuulano is only 2-3 hours away from Manila and provides an excellent weekend retreat for serious divers. Good staff and solid equipment and great dives in close proximity to the quaint resort. It's no frills but has clean rooms, good food and excellent dive set-up. You can even come back to the resort to spend your surface intervals, which is...

WiFi signal is not strong, but is a great place for self reflection. I was there for a diving trip, and only way go get there is via plane to Manila, and a minivan trip to the jetty. Last but not least, 10 mins boat ride to the resort chartered by the resort. Overlooking the sea, it provides great sunrise...

Last year I got certified for both open water and advanced open water from this resort. Ofcourse with the required number of dives. Learning is essential to adequately fulfill your innerself with loads of knowledge to combat all the factors that you may encounter under the sea. I am glad I did my learnings in here. I am confident going...

We booked this a long time prior to visiting and were not dissapointed for the 16 days we stayed there and managed 50 dives. Choy the sharp eyed dived master and boat crew were the best we have come across on our trips diving and made it all so easy getting what we wanted. The resort run by the lovely...

This a a super laid back, very friendly place to hang out in and so not commercialised. The staff are great and they make you feel like your just another member of the family. Food is simple buffet and all home cooked - they even bake their own bread - it was all lovely. Staff even knock on your door...

Whoever did the interior decorations did a great job at capturing the essence of island life. All the deck and lounge face the ocean giving you a great spot to laze around and watch the sunset. Very homey place. It was so homey that guests treat it like they're home and leave all their stuff just lying around, and their...
