Just spent a nice weekend at the Bridgefoot House. The hosts Lynsey and Ron couldn't do enough for us. They certainly work as an excellent team with Lynsey doing the cooking. The breakfast was first class. Our room was warm and comfortable and roomy. They made our stay very pleasurable and we would love to return for another stay there. Chris... More

What a wonderful warm Yorkshire welcome from Ron and Lyndsey, and it continued throughout our stay, from delicious hearty breakfast to the most comfortable room overlooking the garden. Nothing was too much trouble it seemed to make our visit pleasurable. We couldn't have asked for better. So much to see and do locally. We most certainly will be back.

Beautiful B&B in a lovely, quaint village. The chipshop does the best fish & chips we have ever tasted. The hosts Ron & Lyndsey were both superb. The breakfast was stunning, as was the service. I hope to return here soon.

The hotel is in a lovely position. Some attention to the interior decor is required. Breakfast was excellent. The hosts over enthusiastic welcome - repeated each morning - was quite annoying. He asked questions and appeared to pay no attention to the answers. The room we were in was too small to be comfortable, although it was clean.

Great location. Right at the side of a beautiful stream and a gorgeous thatched cottage. A sweet little village a only short distance to Dalby forest, Pickering, East Coast, North Yorks Moors etc. Excellent hosts, very accommodating. We stayed 2 nights in a downstairs family room which was very spacious. We travelled with our little dog and had an amazing... More
