This is our second visit to Hotel El Curro and it was better than the first. We knew more about the area and again the staff was helpful and very attentive. Being so close to the hiking trails is wonderful and the rooms are spacious, clean and are kept updated with new linens and towels and decorations. There are not...

We stayed in this lovely little family run hotel for one night and was impressed with the service and amount of information given regarding what to visit and where to find the walking trails - the hotel restaurant is superb we had a fabulous meal. The kitchen is not open for breakfast although they offer a cold selection. Because of...

It was a last minute decision to take a 2 day break in Andalusia to walk and explore. Based on the excellent reviews, we had no hesitation in booking Hotel El Curro and we were in no way disappointed. Our room on the third floor had a terrace with stunning views. It was very pleasant, spotless and comfortable with an...

The spotless and well-furnished rooms (and terrace-like balcony) are very large and very comfortable. Great views from the rooms over the valley. Well-equipped bathroom. The staff of this family-run hotel is very friendly, and helpful (as well as knowledgeable) in pointing out good walks and other things to do in the nearby Cazorla National Park (hotel is in the last...

On our first trip to Spain I booked two nights in this hotel because it was close to the SIERRAS DE CAZORLA, SEGURA Y LAS VILLAS NATURAL PARK and it had received good reviews. Little did I know that this would be the best decision I made on our trip. The staff was excellent - unbelievable to say the least....

I spent a couple of days here and it was great to find a really nice service and also mention the food, wonderful ingredients and delicious typical Spanish meals. Also great sights from the third floor rooms.

This is a lovely little hotel, just right for a night or two in the mountains ... we stayed on special offer, so no complaints at all, friendly generous staff, nice food, extremely clean, lovely views. Burunchel itself has very little to offer, but if you want total peace and quiet, this is perfect.

I had to overnight in Burunchel without prior planning, so I just walked in at dinner time and asked for a room. It emerged that my friend and I were the only guests. In spite of that, they provided us dinner in no time (again only clients at the restaurant). What we liked was the very friendly attitude of all...

What made our stay in this very nice hotel so special was the staff. In short, they were beautiful on so many levels. Not only were the staff so helpful with tips about the nearby national park, they were also genuinely warm and friendly. Each day we were treated like family, we felt so welcome and at ease the whole...
