Stayed here on the way back from a fishing trip in The Highlands. Couldn't fault the place. Friendly hosts who went the extra mile, great breakfast, clean comfortable room and my dog was made very welcome too. Many thanks

super welcome and great hosts. treated more like a family member than a guest, the whole family went out of their way to make me feel settled and at home. best breakfast i've had at a b&b, lunch was not required afterwards, circumstances meant a short notice change of dates, Stuart and family took this completely in their stride and...

What more can I say other than the title of the review. We stayed here on Friday in order to go to Kelso races ( and everywhere else booked). We arrived on a cold wet and miserable evening to be greeted on the doorstep by our hosts. It really was like a family homecoming. We were immediatley offered a pot...

We stayed at Broomfield House for just the one night to break or journey from the Midlands in England to the Scottish Highlands. Arriving in miserable weather we parked up in the spaces at the house to be given a lovely warm welcome and offered tea or coffee and cake on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble for the family...

What a welcome! Enthusiastically met in the on-site carpark by Stuart, Sylvia and their daughter, Tracey, then by their gorgeous dog, Chloe, as we made our way inside. (Note: Chloe will be kept behind closed doors if you do not like dogs). Our rear-facing, ground floor room was of good size and very clean and comfortable. The full Scottish breakfast...

Booked two rooms here, via internet booking site, whilst on a UK driving holiday and arrived to a enthusiastic welcome from hosts Stewart and Sylvia, despite my urgent need for the bathroom! Our room, upstairs with en-suite overlooked the front yard and street and was very restful. Earlston is about one hours drive south of Edinburgh so even if you...

The rooms are nicely furnished and well appointed. Very comfortable. Stuart, Sylvia and Tracey were extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. Just remember to pat Chloe the Labrador.

This family run business is friendly from the moment you open the door! Tracy, Sylvia, and Stuart are all top notch! Looking after your every need! Their mascot Chloe is just an added bonus! Our dog enjoyed special treats just for him! Located near to many attractions.

Arrived after a long drive to a friendly greeting with offers of a hot beverage, the guesthouse is clean, well kept and offers very good value for money, the price of £35/night undervalues the B&B, its worth more. Wifi is available throughout, pubs and places to eat are only a 5 minute walk. there is plenty of parking on the...

A warm welcome and very attentive hosts. Nothing was too much trouble. Very dog friendly (although no dogs in dining room or left unattended in room, which was fine by us). Excellent breakfast cooked to order. On a busy road but effective double glazing. No ensuite but private bathroom across the hall. Limited off road parking.
