I've booked on line via hotel site. It was pretty simple process, however the price quoted is in US$ but hotel collects payment in Rupiah - it cost me more than quoted because of the exchange. Hotel grounds are very well maintained staff is cleaning sweeping whole day long. My room was a bungalow with a bathroom that was outside...

Always our first choice when staying in Senggigi because Puri Saron is always relaxed, the staff are genuinely friendly and many have been there for years so we have got to know them. Love the bungalow rooms. Simple but spacious and well located.

Quite clean and comfortable, located on a pleasant black sand beach 20 minutes by walk from sengiggi city centre. Not so cheap for the quality of the service and of the rastaurant. The hotel need to be brushed up.

Hotel has a colonial feel with pretty grounds. Fab sunsets Large room with 4 poster bed with mozzie nets. Very quiet with no mosques nearby to rudely awaken you :-) Lovely large & deep pool. Breakfast disappointing. Staff attentive Hotel has free shuttle service to take you into town but taxis are also very cheap.

Stayed 1 night there for transit to Gili Air. The hotel itself looks OK, but I had impression as if only 10% of rooms were occupied. The restaurant area is big and looks OK, the swimming pool seems to be the best thing in the hotel. We were only 2 people swimming there for more that 2 hours in the...

Stayed here 4 nights with family & friends. Very big & nice pool. Well maintained. We were satisfied with the pool....loved to swim. Typed breakfast but very good taste. Quite cool place. Near beach..2 mnts walk..sunrise & sunset view. Mosquito because of garden. 30 mnts free massage. Hard to get taxi from here. We went Gili Trawangan from here. Stayed...

I would have been more than happy with a basic hotel as long as it was clean and could use the facilities. This however was not the case, to the point where after one night we had no choice but pack up and move to another hotel. 1.The pool was full of algae floating throughout the water, it was not...

We stayed as a family with 3 kids for 4 days. The hotel is relatively close to the town centre although you still need a taxi. The service was awful and the hotel was literally empty! The breakfast was very mediocre as there was hardly anything to eat. The pool was clean and the black sand beach next door had...

Puri Saron is a beautiful resort a bit far away from the Sengiggi city center. The walk is only 3 km, but thats on a heavy traffic road. The resort is clean and well maintained and the pool is nice. Better than the not so interesting beach next to the resort. The staff is friendly and are ready to help...

We returned from Lombok 27/10/13 having stayed in a bungalow room 504 for two weeks. The hotel was quiet throughout our stay. Some days the buffet breakfast was not available due to low guest numbers, but the menu choices were perfectly adequate choices of continental, American and Indonesian breakfast. The room was clean comfortable and spacious, though the open style...
