This is a lovely b & b - in a quiet spot out of the town but close to the man roads and close enough to a good pub/restaurant - the view from the rear of the property is fabulous - there is free parking - and the breakfast was great

We only stayed one night but wished it had been longer. The sun room would be delightful in any weather, beautiful view shared by all so it did not matter which comfortable room you got. We were kindly greeted with hot drinks and biscuits. Mary gave excellent advice for local places to eat and breakfast the next morning was delicious....

Mary's radiant smile greeted us on arrival and things just got better from there. Comfortable room, peaceful setting, delicious breakfast, warm welcome. The house looks out on a vast pasture with mountains beyond, and it was simply delightful. HIghly recommended.

Comfortable room. Wonderful, clean house. Very friendly, helpful owner who dropped us into Mitchelstown when we needed a taxi! Situated very close to Mitchelstown... Just a tad bit too far when considering a walk on a cold night! I would recommend this B&B to anyone looking for accommodation in this area.

There is large well equipped communal kitchen for the use of guests outside the hours when the the excellent breakfast is available. We were sorry to have to leave. Of note is...
