This is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. It is a great place to stop when travelling down Spain. It is clean, modern and friendly. The rooms are large and the beds comfortable. And they take dogs! This time, unfortunately, the meal wasn't as good as I expected. The starter of grilled prawns was excellent, but the... More

This is a simple, clean, modern hotel with very generously sized rooms. Shower-only, no bath. Carinena is a pleasant little town and very convenient as a stopover en-route from northern to southern Spain (or, obviously, vice versa!). Dinner at the hotel is good (although in our view, the food wasn't as good as on our previous visit). Breakfast is also... More

We chose this hotel because of other reviews and it was on our route to Costa Blanca. The hotel is located in a wine village in the middle of a rugged countryside and close to the motorway. All the staff were very friendly. The room was spacious and the hotel generally was very clean. We had a pre dinner drink... More

Very convenient for one of the main routes north, the A23, just outside Cariñena, near Zaragoza. It is easy to find. Comfortable, spacious room. Reasonably priced menu with decent food. Friendly staff. The hotel is part of a bodega, so there is also the opportunity to pick up some nice wine at very reasonable prices.

A great location on the drive north, and in delightful wine country. Our room was large, well equipped and very comfortable. The staff were keen to help, though probably not very experienced. The car park has security cameras. The wine is delightful, with many innovations. But the food was very plain, roadside diner style. The reception dining room area is... More

Don't be put off by the entrance to the hotel, which adjoins the bodega/wine production facility of which it is part. The hotel is very nice inside, clean and modern. The staff were welcoming and excellent, as was the food in the restaurant. Hearty meals, delicious and very generous. Typical Aragon cooking. If goes without saying that the wine is... More

We stayed here twice on the way to and from Bilbao after visiting relatives there. The hotel is very easy to find being on the outskirts of Carinena. The room we were given on the way there was huge, bright and airy with a jacuzzi bath. It was spotlessly clean with a supersized bed.We had the evening meal at 13 Euros which... More

Stopped off here on our way back from England with our medium sized dog. Building looked very shabby from the road but discovered the hotel is actually to one side of it, so please do not judge on initial impression! Very smart boutique style hotel, large foyer includes bodega/wine tasting area, reception, bar and restaurant - everywhere was lovely and... More
