This was our 5th visit to Sarah's farm. My boy is now 5 and evaluates every foreign trip by reference to whether or not it is up to sarah and jonny's standards. Quite frankly, nothing gets close. We've been unfaithful twice: we tried Gelso Bianco (Tuscany) and Pagel (France). Gelso was beautiful but lacked all the bells and whistles (toys,...

We travelled with our boys aged 5 and 3. We are used to holidaying in the UK since having children but decided to try a trip abroad having read the rave reviews for Caserio del Mirador. We had really high expectations and were not disappointed. The hospitality was second to none and as an example, they took really good care...

We stayed in The Casita at the beginning of July 2016 and had a wonderful time.We loved being able to have our own space and hang out on the amazing terrace. The kids enjoyed the surrounding gardens and play house and dinner on the terrace in the evening was stunning. The overall facilities at Caserio are wonderful, with beautiful landscaping,...

Our second trip to this amazing place, as our 4 year old daughter didn't stop talking about going back to see Sarah and Johny! So we did and had the most wonderful time yet again. Nothing is too much trouble, and to see our little girls face light up each day is truly magical. See you next year guys xxx

We have been a few times over the years and it just seems to get better and better with each year. After a day or so we felt no need to move. Every thing you need is here. Lots for the kids to do and they make other friends with children from like minded parents. Social for them and social...

Absolutely beautiful in every way. I stayed in the Airstream with my 4 year old son. I couldn't have felt more welcomed by Sarah and Jonny, their family and the other guests who were staying in the villas. The location was absolutely stunning, mornings in the airstream were about hearing nature outside, with a unimaginable view down the valley. Breakfast...

Caserio del mirador would be a pretty special holiday destination under any circumstances but if you’ve ever been stupid enough to travel abroad with 3 pre school children it really comes into its own. After a series of fairly horrific family holidays involving charter flights and the unique agony that is flying in unsocial hours with a collective of overtired...

We have just returned from a week at Caserio del Mirador staying in Pinta. The apartment was excellent, very clean, well equipped with a variety of toys and books for children of different ages which was great. The setting is beautiful, very peaceful and with incredible views. The perfect place for relaxing on the terrace or eating meals - sadly...

This was our second trip to the Caseria and we are thinking of booking again for next year! Last year we went with 2 other families and this year we booked the place out with all our friends, each family with their own apartment. Because the owners have thought of every single little detail, parents can actually relax on this...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Child friendly holidays in Spain- A country retreat with magnificent views to the Mediterranean. Discover one of the finest child friendly holiday destinations in Europe. Set amongst peaceful olive and almond terraces in rural Spain, Caserío del Mirador is ideally suited for child friendly, toddler friendly and baby friendly holidays. The family run country retreat is the creation of Johnny and Sarah Robinson and was inspired and influenced by their experience of their travels with and without children. It is a shared home, a place where people can relax and be together to give a warm and friendly atmosphere. The dramatic setting often makes an impact when guests first arrive, the terraces, gardens and grounds give a wonderful sense of space. There are lots of play areas for the children and pet animals to meet. The house is designed to have generous, comfortable family friendly accommodation, and the breathtaking views will give you a sense of magic the moment you arrive. We love Spain, the people, the food, the landscape, the Mediterranean and of course the beautiful weather. It is perfect for holidays with babies and toddlers and in the cooler months walking amongst what must be one of the most beautiful landscapes in Europe. We welcome you to Caserío del Mirador, where we hope you will discover for yourself why this is such a special place to stay. ... more   less
