This is a family owned hotel. Historic building. Clean. Absolutely wonderful staff. Accommodating. Very reasonably priced. Centrally located. Would stay there again. Adequate parking. Homey atmosphere. Laundry in the facility with shared refrigerator in addition to fridge in room. Has wifi and cable as well. Actually the best price for lodging in the area.

The hotel is located dirrctly at the harbour of Clifton. A lot of beach bars amd restaurants are within 5 minutes walking. The staff is friendly and keeps the hotel clean. However most of the equipment is outdated and worn.

Located in Clifton, Union Island, and at walking distance from UNI airport, the Kings Landing is modest seaside guesthouse offering 15 rooms and a pool. Staffs are friendly and helpful, early check-in and a late check-out aren’t a problem. The Kings Landing is an establishment maintained in Caribbean style and like all in St Vincent, overpriced for the quality offered....

My new husband and I only stayed at this hotel for 1 night as a place to rest our heads whilst travelling elsewhere. The hotel was very basic, with dated decor. We were also not too impressed with the ants in our room and the fact that the pool was unusable as it was so dirty. The location was very...

Unless you are staying at places like The Palm Island Resort and you end up staying at real Caribbean hotel you cannot expect European standards. Everything was clean, although the kitchenette had no cutlery or dishes. Our room did not have a mosquito net so we had to use our own one and using a chair which we put above...

its not the four seasons nor does it cost an arm and a leg. decent, clean and convenient to down town (or whatever the village is called). Union island is a great still unspoiled piece of land that is worth the trip. A fun and friendly place with nice helpful folks and a real undeveloped feeling.

This is a large hotel where it appears if the owner doesn't care much about making it a great hotel. We had the best room #2. It has a large porch and kitchen. Had exactly 2 spoons forks and knife and one pot. Made us laugh. The good thing is that as soon as we saw what we needed we...

We stayed here for 2 nights. Kings Landing is in a very good location - it is close to restaurants and the waterfront. Marius, the owner, is a very pleasant and happy guy, and was always willing to help us with any inquiries regarding excursions, restaurants etc. The rate was very good, and this included a hot breakfast. Breakfast was...

Right in the middle of Clifton for restaurants. Remember to have cash to settle up with. Lovely welcome and were well looked after. Rooms basic but had kitchenette. Great view across the bay and easy access to happy island via water taxi. Tiger water taxi gave us a great day out for 600 xcd.

We stayed in low season when it was quiet and Marius gave us an excellent B&B rate for one of the harbour front cottages right by the pool. The room itself was great with aircon, separate kitchenette and pleasant more traditional style caribbean decor, with a little terrace looking across the harbour and right by the pool. Marius and all...
