My Wife and I have loads of friends and family in the Exeter area and with regualr visits, staying here can sometimes be quite costly. However, we have found a little gem of a place in the Exeter Court just on the A38 at Kennford. Past it a million times but never knew it was there, just behind the garage!...

The room was bright, fresh and clean. Very nice to have a tea tray and well stocked bathroom. The menu although cheap seemed very bog standard but everything I ate was delicious. The homemade minted pea soup was very good and definitely homemade. The spicy vegetable casserole was a delightful find for a vegetarian who is bored as the standard...

We stayed here to break up a journey to Cornwall. I was quite impressed with the efficiency of booking in and the room was small, but clean and comfortable, with that "motel" feel. The rooms are adjacent to the Bar/Reception/Restaurant, so you have to cross a courtyard to get to it. I was very impressed with the customer service. When I...

We stayed here for five nights and found the hotel very comfortable, clean and friendly. The food in the restaurant was good and well priced for evening dinner. Our room was small but clean and had everything we needed there for a comfortable stay. Staff were very polite and friendly.

You will need your own car. The room was fantastic but the bath is a bit small. The restaurant is superb the staff are outstanding and very welcoming the breakfast is worth every penny. Only paid £3.00 extra as breakfast is in with the room price. I will definitely be going again. It is a small gem of a place....

Nice hotel with average sized rooms and basic facilities. Cleaned every day. Bar doesn't serve alcohol until 1pm and was closed by 11pm.on a Sunday. Nice restaurant serving various meals, snacks. Friendly helpful staff if you need assistance, shame about the location as it's on a motorway 15 mins from Exeter. Ok if you drive but for a taxi it's...

The hotel was easy to get to judt off the A38. Rooms are in blocks away from main building but dont worry umbrellas are provided in the room. Rooms were not as big as say premier inn but were clean, comfortable and toiletries provided. The breakfast was good and service from the staff excellent. They serve food all almost all...

3 star hotel laid out as a motel. Clean room but the devil is in the detail. Or in other words, if you look closely you will find fault. En suite very clean and modern with clean towels and free toiletries. Bar area clean and modern and cosy seating. Drinks very fair prices. Free parking, free wi-fi, free full English...
