We booked the suite, when we arrived it wasn't available, so the receptionist have us a standard room. The room had the smell of raw sewage! After complaining they gave us another room, this time the air conditioner did not work. Would not recommend.

We stayed at this hotel last night and it felt really dirty and the passage in front of reception smelled like a sewerage pipe upstairs somewhere. We had to ask to get the linen of the extra bed in the room changed because it was really dirty and the shower was also dirty. The warm water tap you had to...

The hotel neighborhood does not feel safe, they do have a parking lot but it smells as if they have issues with sewage system... Room/Furniture/hotel are old and not maintained. Room had no window on the outside. The balcony faces indoor straight to your neighbor, so we could see everything there. Bathroom had no ventilation except than a tiny window...

The rooms are reasonable and the staff is very good. We changed rooms from a king-sized to two queen sizes as the room was larger. The staff were cooperative. Decent restaurant that goes with the hotel. Being inside the walls of the fortress, the hotel and surrounding areas are in nice shape. Many restaurants in the area.

I had a confirmed reservation in hotel Socaire. When I got there, they said there was no reservation. Then I landed at Paseo by chance... and it was excellent. Large rooms, mine even had a view to the ocean. It is located 1 block outside the walls, perfect location. Nice staff. Good price for the value. And they also have...

We stayed only two nights and it was definitely enough. It's the little things that bug me about this place - cigarette burns in the bed spread, only being given one breakfast voucher when we needed two. It is a fine place if you just need to crash somewhere, but for the money is isn't great value at all. Breakfast...

My reservation with the "generous" complientary breakfast was bread and coffee breakfast. When I first arrived the room was full of dust, with dead bugs and weird hair on the floor and throughout the bathroom. The sheets did not smell fresh...like they weren't changed from the last customer? Yuk. This place is disgusting. If you think I'm exagerrating I dare...

Friendly albeit only Spanish speaking staffed hotel close to the center of Campeche (you walk 5-10 minutes). We had a two person private room on the first floor. During our 2 night stay we felt safe, the room was clean, but we had difficulties communicating with the staff who really, really, really do not spead a word of English (or...

It's an ok cheap hotel, clean, etc., except it's over priced, has no elevator (a consideration for some). I'd try elsewhere.

Wasn't a bad hotel and didn't really mind staying here at all. Nothing special about it, but the rooms were very clean. It did actually seem alot cleaner and modern that the other 2 hotels we had stayed at previously. One reviewer stated that the parking is too small, this is true, but area around the hotel is not busy...
