Not the best in town, but very good. The rooms are big and well equiped. Very close to the main plaza, just a short walk of about three blocks. The service was very good. Some of the rooms looks to the plaza in front of the hotel.

We were able to check in early around i pm.The room was very specious. Try to ask for a room facing the court yard. We had a room facing the street which was not a problem; there was no street noise after 10 pm. The staff was very helpful & courteous The pool was an the small side. But everything...

Clean room, good breakfast. Centrally located, nice decor and friendly staff. One issue was that we had to buy bottled water--they provide only 2 small 16 oz bottles/room. Seems this should be provided for the convenience of not having to go out and buy water. Excellent seafood restaurant--la Pigua is one block away--expensive for Mexico, but really excellent food, wine,...

Excellent location to see the city center and enjoy all the restaurants and the old city wall. Kiddy corner to the botanical gardens as well. Large parking lot. Internet speed is average and requires a new code every 24 hours. The restaurant is sub par and there is much better food offerings a few blocks away. Also, not sure why...

Firstly it's really worthy of a 4.5+. As soon as you pull up outside you realise what a good location it is in and how attractive it is. Then, when you walk in no matter how hot and flustered you might be you are immediately cooled off by the oceans of incredibly clean and shiny marble that greet you. There...

This place suited well, the room was fine and the staff reiendly. We stayed just one night and would have been happy to stay longer which perhaps we will next time in Mexico. The food was good but have to say that by now we were beginning to look for a little more European food...sadly as we had only been here for...

Campeche is a beautiful colonial city with a central historic walled town. I think it’s the cleanest Mexican city we’ve ever visited. We spent three nights at the Hotel Plaza Campeche, which is just a short walk from restaurants, shops, plazas, and the wall. The reception area is beautiful, with comfortable seating areas. Staff at the front desk staff were...

All is great at the hotel, very clean and neat, I would improve two things, prices are high at the restaurant and they have a limited parking space, very recommendable and great location, the main downtown is just two blocks away easy to walk

After many hours of driving we hoped we'd be greated by a pleasant and comfortable hotel. The staff were friendly, however the management seemed disinterested. We were provided a 1980's feel room adjacent to a main road with 2 x hard double beds. The room was extremely noisy of an evening and we would reconsider our need to stay in...

We had very spacious room at the ground floor, but according to building plan only 2 corner rooms are so big. Unfortunately the bathroom was small, not enough place to put all the things. Bed was firm enough. Breakfast included eggs or pancakes, fruit salad and toasts. Great advantage - close to historic center, just a few blocks.
