We stayed for three nights. Nothing was too much trouble for Chena, we were treated like part of the family. The food was delicious and the location is great for lots of activities in the area. We went pony trekking and visited Xunantunich and Tikal as well as catching the bus to San Ignacio. There is a lot of wild...

This is a great get away. You get a taste of the jungle, the river and rural living all in one. Chena and her family are most welcoming, helpful and accommodating. We had three lovely meals at the resort. San Ignacio is a short drive away so it is easy to get into town and to some of the other...

Chena and her family welcomed me on the first night and I didn't want to leave! Accommodations are simple, clean, functional, and comfortable --- all I needed. But the food, service with love, and surroundings made the stay at Clarissa a memory I will not forget! It is quiet and peaceful with the beautiful sounds of the jungle singing you...

I stayed here in June 2014. I loved it!! I loved the atmosphere, the jungle, the birds, the friendly people... It was relaxing and fun. Chena and Jose are genuinely wonderful people and they took great care of us during our stay. The experience was the perfect combination of adventure and exploring Cayo and then returning to a place that...

We stayed at Clarissa Falls for six nights in June 2014. Chena took such good care of us. The restaurant was excellent and fairly-priced. Definitely try a soursop shake! We rented a car at the airport because we wanted to be able to drive ourselves around. However, there were two places that we wanted/needed to go with a guide: ATM...

If I return to an area that I've traveled before, I usually like to try a different accommodation even if the first one was fine. Just to have a different experience, maybe even discover an even better place, etc. After my first time at Clarissa Falls, 2 nights in 2012, I already knew I'd like to return and so I...

family of four stayed here in late March. Chena is the owner of this wondeful hotel outside San Ignacio. She makes this place a five star experience with fabulous service always with a smile and she is very capable of arranging almost anything tour or transfer you need. She will make it happen and at a reasonable cost. We got rained...

My boyfriend and I stayed at Clarissa Falls for four nights and had the most wonderful experience. Miss Chena and Jose are great people who made our trip to Belize unforgettable. We were sad to leave Clarissa Falls, as it felt like home. The food is outstanding! Fresh fruit, eggs, milk, etc...you can't beat it! The property is beautiful. I...

What a wonderful, magical place! We were booked for 2 nights and added a third, as it was such a great place to stay with so many things to do close by, that we just could not do it in 2 days! The staff was all amazing and we felt very much like we were visiting with friends after only...

Id definitely like to come back. The rooms were very clean, the staff here is very friendly and willing to help. The food here was amazing. I stayed with a group so we had two meals a day and the restaurant is probably one of the better ones around San Ignacio. If you're in Cayo I can't recommend this place...
