We normally stay in a b&b nearer our daughter(& family) but this time were not able to get the room we wanted so had to look elsewhere and, luckily, found Rosebank - only about 3 miles away. It is set over a barn in the garden and was soooo spacious! Also very well appointed with a settee from which we...

This is not your ordinary b. & b.First of all,it is in a quiet village in Sussex countryside. It is accommodation above a large handbuilt triple garage. Access is by an outside wooden staircase to the attic style room. This neither small nor pokey. It is spacious, clean, dry and well appointed. Large comfortable double bed. Tastefully decorated room, including settee, chairs, foot stools fully...

Super hostess, comfy bed and wonderful jam! Perfect for visits to Batemans, walking at Bewl, weddings at The Bell in Ticehurst or cycling at Bedgbury. You have to stay here if in the area. Minutes from Etchingham station.

Lovely near new loft conversion B&B. Completely self contained with separate entry. Kate and James very welcoming and helpful even waited up for our arrival from Australia at 10:40pm. Large (Australian king size) bed to suit my tall husband. Tastefully decorated and modern. Breakfast supplied to the unit with lots of fresh pastries, artisan bread, fruit, juice, a range of...

I stayed for 1 night having visited a couple of National Trust properties in the area. Kate could not have been more helpful or welcoming. I told her she should give lessons on how to run a successful B&B. It is a perfect place for singletons as you can eat your breakfast at leisure, in your jim jams if you...

We stayed with Kate at Rosebank for a wedding we were attending locally. Basically we stayed in a 'studio apartment' - bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/diner and seating area - it's a large space. The bed was large and comfortable, breakfast (in the room) was ideal and Kate was happy to help in any way. What more do you want from a...

Thank you for a very comfortable and cosy stay at your lovely b and b! It was modern but cosy and very private. Just a quick walk to the station, which was handy for our night out in Tunbridge Wells! There is also a local deli just a two minute walk away, which was ideal. Will definitely be returning!

Large room with very big comfy double bed and en suite set apart from main house. Wifi too. Kate, the owner, was delightful and very helpful with everything we needed and makes a very...

I was booked in here for 1 night by the company I'm going to be working for in Bedfordshire as their training venue is in Ticehurst which is just 4 or 5 miles further along the A21. When I saw the Rosebank website, I was so pleased to be booked in somewhere like this rather than a hotel chain. Contacted...
