We stayed here last year on a walking holiday. We'd booked 2 double en-suite rooms with evening meal and breakfast. We rang en route to confirm what time we'd be arriving, and had a confusing telephone conversation. On arrival, we found there was only had a twin room and a single - neither were ensuite. The owners had clearly got...

Extremely poor experience. On a walking holiday, my sister and I had this guest house booked in advance. When we called ahead to arrange for dinner there, as we were expected to do, we had a very confused conversation with the owner. Owners did not answer front door, until we knocked several times very loudly (our suitcases were sitting outside...

I stayed at the Ladyridge for 5 nights because of a course I was doing at Wobage. Carol and Richard were friendly hosts from the start, taking care to show me the very comfortable room, the amenities and asking if I would like an evening meal. I had already met the dogs (they are lovely and friendly, not at all...

We spent a night here when walking the Wye River Valley and had a very generous welcome, mouthwatering food and a peaceful room looking out on a pastoral scene. The sense of quiet was tangible. As a CAMRA lover (real ales) I was delighted to get a bottle of local real ale to consume in the garen before dinner while...

I have stayed here numerous times over a 3 year period. It is a wonderful place to stay, Richard and Carol are a joy to know. Every care is taken to make sure you are comfortable and well looked after. The rooms are spotlessly clean and there are lots of little luxuries to welcome you. The animals are fantastic from...

This was our second visit to Ladyridge Farm and both visits have been excellent. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There are no 'ensuite' rooms (usually a shower cubicle crammed the corner of the bedroom). At Ladyridge you get your own separate bathroom - joy of joys. At night there is hardly a sound to be heard in...

Just back from a fantastic weekend stay at Ladyridge farm, set in 41 acres of peaceful farmland. We walked 8 miles on the beautiful wye valley walk, and arrived to a very friendly, genuine welcome; boiling hot bath and showers, and the cleanest rooms you could ever find. I find the other review very untrue; yes it is a working...

We went to this part of the world for a wedding at Brockhampton Church-fantastic venue, one of only three thached churches in the country. As it was just down the road we stayed at Ladyridge-big mistake. The whole place smells like a dogs' bed. They have several dogs which seem to have the run of the place and when we...
