Spent a night here in February. Brilliant location to see the local attractions. The comfortable room was a nice size and we had access to the lounge. Breakfast was good with a variety of cold and cooked food, and the hosts were friendly. We'd definitely stay here again if in the area.

We needed a convenient place to stay whilst in Hawkhurst and we are so pleased to have found Orchard Way B&B for our two night stay. The proprietors Debbie and Steve could not have been more welcoming and the breakfast both mornings was simply the best! Orchard Way B&B is set in a quiet location and offers spacious and homely...

We can not praise this B&B more highly, it is the third time we have stayed at Orchard Way, and will certainly be returning again. Debbie and Steve made us very welcome. Our room was extremely comfortable and beautifully furnished, with the added extra of the use of a lovely sitting room specifically for guests. The wonderful breakfasts with home...

Orchard Way B & B is on the outskirts of Hawkhurst and has a pleasant garden. Our room was comfortable and had good lighting and tea and coffee facilities with plenty of supplies including lots of different teas, biscuits and real milk in a flask. Our en suite shower room wasn't large but had everything needed including lovely fluffy thick...

My husband and I stayed at this lovely B&B for two nights last week. His grandparents, aunts and uncles lived in Fairlight, near Hawkhurst and he wanted to visit his childhood haunts. We could not have asked for better accommodation. Debbie and Steve are delightful hosts, the room was extremely comfortable with thoughtful extra touches, very clean and overlooked their...

Lovely bedrooms with tea and coffee on arrival as well as in each room (with flapjacks too!). Powerful showers, free wifi and big scrumptious breakfasts were very appreciated. The lounge was very relaxing as was the ability to eat our picnic tea one night outside on the patio. We ate out at the Great House pub on the first night...

A corner of paradise , the b & b of Mr and Mrs Waters, welcoming and maintained facility , clean room overlooking the wonderful little garden. Thanks also for the great kindness of the owner who took us by car to Sissinghurst Castle and his extreme accuracy in payment. Delicious and generous breakfast prepared by his wife with products largely...

Following a quick research on T.A. in early June, we subsequently stayed 2 nights @ Orchard Way B&B in mid-June & could not have wished for a better "home from home". From calling & booking with Steve earlier in June to saying cheerio to Debbie on our day of departure, every aspect of our 3 day break was "on the...

The house is beautiful in a quiet neighborhood, the garden is awesome, Debbie and Steve are perfect hosts and some of the best gardens of the South of England are in very short driving distances, such as Sissinghurst, Great Dixter, Scotney Castle, Hole Park and Pashley Manor.
