Lovely setting for this B & B. Ducks and chickens roaming the gardens. Nice barn conversion with fantastic views over the bay. Friendly and informative host Paul. Nice rooms. Car parking at the rear. Lovely breakfasts cooked to order with local product. Would stay again.

My sister and I fancied a cheeky mini break (over night stay) and booked a twin room. What a lovley welcome we had not just from the hosts Paul & Christine but from the ducks that quietly waddle around to the affectionate adorable dog Sadie. The entrance is just like stepping into a warm welcoming home, with a coat rack for your...

We stayed at this B&B for two nights as we were booked on the Scarborough Spa Express leaving from Carnforth Station early in the morning and the Tithe Barn was in an ideal location - about 10 minutes drive from the station as opposed to 4 - 5 hours from our house! What a gem. Great location, terrific views, a...

Fantastic! Such a warm welcome, amazingly comfy beds, separate toilet to shower room, wonderful breakfast! In fact, we stayed there to walk the Yorkshire Three Peaks, and one thing that kept me focused during many of the 25.1miles, was that a clean warm hot shower awaiting me and a perfectly comfortable bed! Add to that Paul and his amazing warmth...

Excellent venue well placed for days out in Lancashire, Yorkshire and the Lakes. Lovely conversion with spacious en-suite rooms, comfortable clean and welcoming. Beautiful breakfasts. We were made, with our two little dogs, to feel like friends. Definitely would go again.

We stayed here one night whilst doing the Morecambe Bay Cycleway - wish we could have stayed longer. After a long day on the road a cheery greeting, from Sadie the collie, Charlie the duck and his clan and several pretty little hens, was accompanied by tea and biscuits from Paul and Christine in their delightful garden. They really could...

We stayed at Tithe Barn as an overnight stop before catching the Ferry to the Isle of Man the next morning. We were a party of four, (hubby, me and our two dogs). My only regret is that we only had one night at this lovely B&B! Due to the inclement weather we had had an awful journey from Hertfordshire,...
