We stayed for one week in mid September and enjoyed every second. The couple owners Monica and Gianna were very welcoming and kind. Their suggestions for day trips in the vicinity were excellent, we discovered some places that were not in guide books but worth a visit. The location is fantastic, we could see Mt. Vesuvio and the lovely countryside...

Very delightful biological agriturismo. They use very much their own products from the farm. Clean and sweet. We felt like home. You cannot feel disappointed in this lovely place with these hospitable people.

wonderful organic farm with a warm and personal atmosphere from the lovely couple owners. We stay there for three nights as part of our honeymoon. We got personal attention and family guidance on places to hike. U can get wonderful Italian food for a small fee for dinner (recommend). The farm overlooks the green and mountains that you can stare...

We chose this Agriturismo for a family holiday base in Campania base on other Trip Advisor reviews and also because it has a pool and animals for our six year old little girl to enjoy. The hosts Monika and Gianni are both very lovely people. Extremely hospitable, relaxed, very helpful, affable and welcoming. The property is a smallholding in rural...

You will imediately feel welcome here. Apperatives start at 19:30 every time a new guest arrives. (Basically every day....) Drinking Proseco as the sun sets behind Vesuvius, while eating delicious kitchen surprises. It doesn't get any better... It is a great place for exploring the region. Close to Vesuvius, Hercolanum/Pompei, beaches, Sorento and the Amalfi coast. Diner is available at...

Overall, our experience at Negri was excellent. We wanted a place with three great meals a day and great local wine where we could hang out for two days and relax before we went up to Rome. For those criteria, this place delivered. The owners and staff were all excellent and welcoming! We walked the grounds, played some table tennis,...

My fiance and I stayed in Antonio Negri for the last two nights of our holiday in Italy. It was a wonderful place to stay and we can only say positive things about the accommodation, the food, our hosts and the staff. We felt really welcome and it felt more like staying with Italian friends than a B&B. Before dinner...

We spent 3 nights here and could have stayed longer. We visited Pompeii and Paestum from here, thanks to Gianni for the recommendation for the latter. He is truly hospitable (one evening with Prosseco on the house on the terrace) and so knowledgable on what to see in the area. Monica is also very hospitable and supervises the excellent cuisine...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Not far away from the Amalfi Coast and the Cilento, in a land rich in beauty, culture and archeology, the baronial family Negri has, in Gaiano of Fisciano (Salerno), an ancient farmhouse, near the eighteenth-century home, "The Court", surrounded by the green park dell'Irno. Monica, the only daughter of Baron Antonio Negri, wanted to transform the holiday home in a charming organic farm, in memory of his father and to allow all guests to enjoy the enchantment, the quiet, the ancient tastes and scents of this green corner of paradise, which reminds her childhood summer holidays. The ancient forests of hazelnuts, chestnuts and walnuts, with the old vineyard, create immense greenery around the farmhouse, which offers an familiar hospitality, traditional regional cuisine, the comfortable simplicity of the rooms, the cool of the pool, the relaxation of a walk in the garden or a caress of the beloved animals. All around, the hills and mountains (Mount St. Michael, m. 1600) hiking (quiet or challenging), natural parks (The Frassineto), horse trekking and mountain biking, wine tasting tours of excellence (mozzarella, olive oil, wine, ice cream, or if you prefer, our “custom”cooking classes), archaeological sites like Pompeii and Paestum, boat excursions to Positano and Amalfi, jazz Festival (Salerno) and international music (Ravello). ... more   less
